- DKDaniel KasabianJul 29, 20265.0My move-in process here has been enjoyable. The complex is very clean and quiet. There have been a few unexpected bumps in the road, but the property manager, April, has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and expeditious about resolving any issue!
- MRMagdalena RybakMar 26, 20261.0I cannot recommend staying away from this apartment complex more. Even after moving out I continue to be extremely frustrated and disappointed by this complex. After moving out, I made sure my account was fully settled and confirmed that I had no outstanding balance. Despite this, I was later blindsided by an unnamed charge, that was sent straight to a collections agency, even though the property confirmed they had all of my correct contact and forwarding information. For months now, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with them. Communication has been nearly impossible. 95% of the time, I cannot reach anyone by phone or email. On the rare occasions I do get a response, I’m told by different staff members that my account shows no balance, it seems to be a mistake, and that the manager will “take care of it.” However, nothing ever gets resolved, and no one follows up. I’ve seen multiple other residents report nearly identical experiences. At this point, it feels less like an isolated mistake and more like a pattern of behavior that raises serious concerns about their practices. I strongly recommend that anyone considering living here proceed with caution.
- KTKeith TomanOct 12, 20244.0We visited family here this week, nice apartments, friendly people. However, the dog owning residents are the worst at picking up after their pets! Whether it’s in the dog park area or around the grounds, you can’t walk 20 feet without having to side step land mines.
- GBGage BurgessOct 7, 20225.0The Emory is a great place to live with workers ready to help you at any time. Colton from the front office is a knowledgeable hard worker, and he was a great help getting moved in! The apartments are super nice and newly renovated and I love it here!
