The ppl that own the land and sale you the trailers continuously change the rules to pick on buyers and charge extra fees for any and everything they want to . It's living in a controlled area at all times from the constant adding of rules to the kiss but tenants spying and tattling constantly... Do not buy here ,there are over options wayyyyy better

Yea rent has gone up since I moved in 7 years ago but worth it more recently for the positive changes going on in park. Still got some more things to go especially with the gate. Only Wish there was mgmt or security on site 24 hours a day because LEO doesn’t help much with issues and tells you to talk to park mgmt. Park is working on issues with the speeders to slow them down as they drive thru the park which will be great!
