  I moved into The Romero on day one, and I’ve had a great experience from the very beginning. The apartments are brand new, beautifully done, and the downtown Pensacola location is hard to beat. I can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and pretty much everything I need. The amenities are also some of the best I’ve seen. I use the private workspaces and the gym all the time, which has been a huge plus for me, and I’m really looking forward to the pool opening soon. Most importantly, the management team has been amazing. They’ve been welcoming, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. If you’re looking for a new place downtown with an incredible location, great amenities, and a team that takes care of you, I’d definitely recommend The Romero.

  Everything has been awesome. Enjoying the first month here very much. Super helpful apartment personnel. Nathan has helped us a few times and is always quick to help and address our needs. Thanks everyone at The Romero. It has been a pleasure moving in.

  I would rate this luxury living apartment higher if I could. The Prop Mgr, Jason Aston and Leasing Mgr, John Miller are top notch; I would also like to acknowledge the Mtce Mgr, Nathaniel.. this Gentleman provides prompt and Plus 1 Customer Services at all times. I am honored to be a part of this new community.

  Wonderful place, friendly people and amazing team of agents! We recently moved to the area so are new to USA and Pensacola, Jason, John & Nate the Romero team are so helpful and go above and beyond to support the move in every way. The Romero complex is beautiful with tall palms, green spaces, stunning club house and swimming pool. The amenities are just the start and the actual apartment is great! We had no problems and it was all smooth (even for dogs there’s plenty of helpful spaces), it’s a short walk to the town centre for coffee or food, would fully reccomended :) thanks guys!!

  The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The amenities are top-notch, the location is convenient to everything, and the unit finishes are very well done and upscale. Highly recommend!
