Before they started managing my properties I was self- managing and evicting a tenant. Chris advised me on what needed to be done to get the property rent ready and what the property could rent for. I am now getting higher rent than when I rented it myself. The company has great programs that benefit the homeowner and tenants. The cost of hiring this professional company is 1000% worth the peace of mind that I now have. Chris operates with the utmost integrity and I get the impression he cares about his clients' property as much as he would his own. PMI added a mandatory $55 per month “Resident Benefits Package” that was automatically charged to tenants as “Additional Rent.” This fee was never disclosed to me as the landlord, and does not appear in our management agreement. I only discovered it in lease addendums provided during the offboarding process after I terminated the agreement.
