The team at Old Oak Realty was incredible to work with. Mitch represented me during the sale of my home, and thanks to his expertise we were fortunate to receive and accept an offer above our asking price! I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and will be using them again for property management!

Mitch at Old Oak Realty helped us out on numerous homes in Pensacola- both buying and listing! They have done a fantastic job each time. Communication is amazing but more so the attention and effort Mitch gives each time he has worked with us has been the best part of working with Old Oak Realty! Can’t recommend enough. Ask for Mitch Adcox!!

We have been using Old Oak Property Management since the company first started, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. As property owners, we have been extremely impressed with Mitch’s professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to making sure our home is well cared for and that our investment is protected. Our renters have also had consistently positive experiences and have never had any complaints. It’s clear that Old Oak genuinely cares about both property owners and tenants, which is something we truly appreciate. We have confidently recommended Old Oak to friends and family who are either looking to rent a home or considering renting out their own property.
