  I had such a great stay with Foxy Vacations! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in such a great location. I loved being so close to everything downtown Pensacola while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. The whole experience was easy from check-in to check-out, and everything was exactly what I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay with Foxy Vacations again and highly recommend them!

  Our group of 7 decided to get away for Labor Day Weekend to the beach! We were so excited to stay at the Ortega Oasis in Navarre. Lucy even called me a few days before to introduce herself and let me know she’d be a good point of contact going forward. We arrived to the house on Friday about 4:30pm. Upon arrival there were spiders in the doorway, several dead bugs behind the couch and back door, and every window sill was filled with bugs and cobwebs. I immediately reached out to Lucy and through Airbnb. I sent pictures of the bugs and told them how disheartening it was. Then, after that, I get a phone call from Heather. She told me everything was new and that the owner was just there Monday and none of the bugs or anything like that was there. I said, “I guess they all moved in on Tuesday then..” She then let me know that the head of housekeeping could come out for a cleaning and so we said okay and Miriah came to the house to clean it. We got back to the house on Friday night around 9:30pm and the bugs were still there!! I sent another message via Airbnb with the picture and said, “I’m not sure what took place here but… the bugs are still here by the back door.” They just apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if we could get any of our money back and Heather said we could have a cleaning fee refund and it came out to be $75. Also, we kept asking for the WiFi password and Lucy and Miriah apparently didn’t know what the WiFi was. It took us forever to get that figured out. Lucy even sent me a text that I began reading to the rest of our group stating that another property would be available for us by 11:00 on Saturday and then unsent the message stating that “it was for someone else” that was having similar issues as us. Immediately I knew all I needed to know about Foxy Vacations. Our stay was supposed to end on Monday but since that was our only chance to get away and we love the beach so much we wanted to stay one more night. We looked for other properties in the area but it was a lot easier to ask for one more night since we would’ve had to check out at 10:00 and not check in somewhere else until 4:00pm. I reached out to Heather and she said they could do the extra night for $75. I asked if they could just take back the “refund” and she said no. So yesterday morning I called Heather to pay the $75 with my card over the phone and as I was giving her my address she asked me if it was in the United States. YES. It was. I also asked if our door code would be the same and Heather said yes. Around 12:30 yesterday we went to leave for the day but the door wouldn’t lock or do anything. I called Heather. Told her the issues we were having. A few minutes later Miriah called. She was like the lock isn’t working and we said no. She asked what the lock was doing and we said nothing. She asked if it was beeping, turning blue or anything, and we told her it was beeping and flashing. About this time the door had finally locked but the code wasn’t working to unlock the door. When I explained that to Miriah she got an attitude and said, “I have 15 cleans and it’s going to be a while before I can fix this.” I asked her if she had an estimated time and she said no. Also in this moment I told her I would match her attitude for attitude and hung up the phone. We left the house finally a little after 1 and didn’t get back until close to 3. That gave it some time to reset because after I hung up on Miriah because of her attitude a maintenance guy called me. I forgot his name though. He explained it may just need to reset and for us to try again in a bit. So that’s what we did. Miriah texted me several different times yesterday and I didn’t respond. She was so unprofessional the whole time. I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the country and never had an experience like this. It was horrible and I know for us we will never again stay with Foxy Vacations. If you want to enjoy your vacation, I hope you don’t either.

  This place was absolutely exceptional, breath taking views, and a top tier experience from arrival to departure. All what you can ask for and expect was located right there, from toiletries, kitchenware, and amenities. Very very clean place and I can not even express on how I am of a neat bug that this place was clean from the floor to the ceiling. The beach is literally right across the road, within 1 minute walking distance with beach shops and restaurants within 5 minutes. I will definitely be back, and my family and I are thrilled to have chosen foxy for this destination and you guys have gotten yourself a new customer for life. Great job you guys rock!!

  This was a great experience for us! I always have some type of hiccup with vacation rentals but this was PERFECT! The place was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, the process was easy and it looked even better than the photos. I would definitely recommend them and will go through them for future rentals.
