  The office staff puts on a nice act at first. If they’re having a bad day or simply don’t feel like being helpful, they can come across as rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. The amenities are poorly maintained. The pool often dirty, with bugs and debris floating in the water, making it uninviting to use. The grills are always dirty, and the TV and grilling area by the pool is not clean either. The dog park smells terrible and the dog washing stations are dirty. Wouldn’t recommend taking your dog there unless you want them to get sick, and get Parvo. The gym is another letdown. The bathrooms are dirty, the equipment feels outdated, and there’s not even a StairMaster. You can even have the incline on the treadmill. Doesn’t stay on the right setting for long. For the amount of money residents pay, the fitness center should be much better maintained and updated. Overall, the property looks good at first glance, but the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance of the amenities, and inconsistent treatment from the office staff make it hard to recommend living here.

  My daughter and I rented a two-bedroom apartment at Evergreen 9 Mile over two years ago for her, and we have both loved her living there. She was so lucky to be given the first apartment in a new building with a gorgeous view of the pool from the fourth floor, and she was so happy that she was giddy! We loved the staff who were so very friendly, and especially Ms. Valerie Adair, the manager of the complex, who stayed on top of every issue that ever came up and was our "problem solver." Always with a smile on her face, she just wanted to help us. Chris, who was in charge of maintenance, came with his tool bag whenever we called or emailed with an appliance problem or an electrical issue. Always pleasant to work with, Ms. Adair and Chris aimed to please. We were proud of the complex with its gorgeous landscaping, fun amenities like the pool and gym, and also the facility for car washes, dog baths and a fenced place to play, etc. Evergreen has everything. The mail room is convenient and safe, and the lobby (office) has computers for the residents to use. Her unit even came with cable TV and an internet modem. My daughter loved her apartment and was so happy there. Unfortunately after two years of chronic illness, she passed, but I'm so happy that she was able to spend her last two years in her beautiful apartment of which she was so proud.

  The entire staff and management are 10/10, AWESOME! Heather, Alisha, and Chris really go out of their way to help accommodate us all. I’ve lived here coming up on 1 year and had nothing but excellent services provided by the entire team. The energy is always positive. The complex is very safe and well kept. The staff are exceptionally hard and helpful workers. They know how to have fun by providing a variety of events and food trucks! It’s been a blast living here. The apartment community is kept up beautifully and it’s nothing but good vibes and good energy! Absolutely recommend!

  I cannot say enough positive things about this apartment complex ! everything from management (Valerie is a God send and her little Lilly is the cutest !) to office staff, maintenance, even my fellow neighbors have been a blessing! Their high level of customer service and attention to detail make them the best in Pensacola - I’m not the easiest to deal with at times but they took to me, showed me grace and had patience with me to ensure my move in process what smooth and efficient. They confirmed for me the move to Florida was the best move I could have ever made !! Thank you a million times for the kindest and love you showed a complete difficult stranger like myself, lol ! 😊👍♥️

  This apartment complex gets three stars because they’re trying and that’s awesome but they’re barely meeting expectations in my opinion and a lot of of the older more stylish apartment complexes have a lot nicer things going for it may be despite not having the cheapest elevator option imaginable
