  Can’t even get anyone to talk to me at the front desk. Waited for over 20 minutes and not a single person was seen.

  This is my second year living at Evergreen and I absolutely love it! The staff is exceptional! Valerie, the manager, and Alisha are awesome and very helpful! They really do care about the people living here. I’ve had nothing but great experiences, especially with all the staff! It’s rare to find a great apartment staff, so I feel here at Evergreen we are very lucky!!

  I really enjoyed living at Evergreen and honestly miss the apartment and community. The apartment itself was great, I enjoyed the complex, and both my move-in and move-out experiences went smoothly. The biggest negative was getting my refund check after moving out. What should have been a pretty straightforward process turned into a huge headache, and communicating with the front office sometimes felt like jumping through unnecessary hoops just to get things resolved. Aside from that experience, I genuinely enjoyed living here and would still recommend the community. If the communication and refund process had been easier, this would have been an easy 5-star review for me.

  We love living here at Evergreen Nine Mile. The amenities are fabulous (TWO pools!), fitness center and one of the best community areas I’ve been in. The property staff are very friendly and helpful. Pets are welcome and there are a lot of additional perks. Stop by to see for yourself.

  I LOVE Evergreen!! Everyone that works here is so attentive and they genuinely care about every single person that lives here. Valerie is AMAZING and so very sweet! Alisha and Heather are so kind and they all made my move in so easy! 🤍
