Forgot to bill us for water for 5 months then added all in one month. Then the next month the bill tripled that and they claim they never received meter readings for the 8 months prior and they were estimating usage and had to catch it all up in one month because they estimated so poorly. RUN RUN RUN FAR away from any apartments that use Conservice for utilities. It will be an absolute deal breaker for any lease I am about to sign. $400 for sewer for one month. BS. CollegeVue will do nothing about it... just tells you to call Conservice and nothing ever gets resolved.

They haven’t fixed my dishwasher that’s been broken since August. after putting about 5 maintenance orders to it still doesn’t work and is now growing mold in it after even cleaning it. They added on our utilities from !!2025!! Which added up to about $300 Then expect us to pay them within 5 days… Also when you move out they fine you for every little thing even if it was from the tenant before you.
