  I am so pleased with Charles and his team managing one of my rental properties. They are always quick to respond to tenant requests and notifying and advising me on how to fix using professional and cost-effective sources. Thank you for taking care of my property as if it was your personal property!

  ZERO STARS, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. WE RENTED A HOUSE IN WARRINGTON FROM THEM AND SINCE THE DAY WE MOVED IN IT WAS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. THE HOUSE IS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. BARELY LEGAL TO LIVE IN, THE FIRST DAY WE WERE THERE WE DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM AND THE SINK WAS LEAKING. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO GET THEM TO FIX IT, ONCE THEY FIXED THE HOT WATER IT TOOK ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO FIX THE LEAKY SINK. AFTER THAT WE HAD TO BEG THEM TO FIX A MASSIVE GAS LEAK THAT MADE MY HUSBAND SICK AND END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. We've HAD Issues WITH THE FRIDGE, WE'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET IT FIXED BUT ALL THEY SAID WAS WE WILL "LOOK AT IT", THEY WOULD COME AND "LOOK" AT IT BUT DID NOTHING TO FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. THEY SAID THE OWNER SAID THE FRIDGE IS NOT THAT OLD IT WAS A 20 YEAR OLD FRIDGE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT IN NEW INSULATION IN THE ATTIC BECAUSE THERE ARE RATS IN THE ATTIC THAT Have BURROWED IN THE INSULATION. THE SMELL FROM THE RATS AND FINDING THE FECES FROM THEM ALL OVER THE HOUSE WAS SICKENING. INSTEAD OF Replacing THE INSULATION THEY JUST VACUUMED IT OUT WITH A SMALL SHOP VAC. AFTER THAT MY BREATHING AND MY HUSBANDS BREATHING GOT TO A POINT WE NEED INHALERS. IT PUT OUR DAUGHTER IN THE HOSPITAL MULTIPLE TIMES. THE FOUNDATION OF THE HOUSE AND SURROUNDING AREA IS NOT ON GOOD STANDINGS. THERE ARE JACKS HOLDING UP THE BACK OF THE HOUSE, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THEM WHEN YOUR IN THE BACK YARD. ALL IN ALL, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO THROUGH SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU DONT WANT THE PROBLEMS THAT COME WITH ANY OF THEIR HOUSES OR APARTMENTS. I HAVE HEARD FROM A FEW MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THAT DO JOBS FOR THEM THAT THEY BARELY GET PAID FROM HIM AND HES CHEAP. ALSO HIS CHECKS BOUNCE SOMETIMES. JUST A TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

  Do not have any dealings with Mr. Stallions, he is not a business man he is a con-man. Deceitful and greedy all at your expense. Will use excuses not to communicate in order for him to manipulate a situation. I have now had to hire an attorney to combat and hopefully regain losses due to Charles Stallions and his dishonesty and lack of ethics. I Hope this information saves others from having to go through the frustration and money it is costing me. Take the extra money it will cost to hire a PROFRESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY real estate agent. It will pay off in the long run because now, not only have I lost money on the sale of my home but I am losing my hard earned money on an attorney.
