  Moved in April 1st and I absolutely love it here! Kim & Savannah were super helpful and easy to work with. I love all the amentities Altura has to offer!

  I absolutely love living here! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are super helpful and they just hired a new groundskeeper and she has been doing such an amazing job at keeping the community clean! The location is also a huge plus. The beach is 4 minutes away!

  Love living here, super nice, clean and friendly staff. Awesome pool and overall amenities. Love having the screened in porch.

  This place feels like a slice of paradise. The units are beautiful and well-designed. The grounds and amenities are always immaculate and have a relaxed but upscale feel. What really makes the difference is the staff—they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s an amazing place to live if you want luxury without feeling stuffy. Couldn’t imagine a better spot in Perdido Key.
