  We had the *best* experience with Grant when new home shopping at Riversong in Parrish. He was extremely professional and knows his craft so well. Not only did he help with some great Pulte incentives at the time, he was so enjoyable to spend time with. He really deserves 6 stars.

  Great experience with Pulte Homes from start to finish. Leslie and Ryan were amazing with communication throughout the entire build. They kept us updated every step of the way and sent pictures as the house was being built, which made the whole process exciting and stress-free. The home is beautiful, the community is great, and the warranty gives extra peace of mind. Everything was handled professionally, and the entire process went smoothly. Highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to buy a new construction home. Thanks again to Leslie and Ryan for making the experience such a positive one

  We are in the process of getting our home built in Riversong. Grant has been very helpful to us in selecting our floorplan. We went in to look at one floor plan and ended up with one that we liked even more. Grant listened to what we wanted and suggested something that checked all the boxes for me and my wife. Grant's style is not aggressive and pressure free. He gave us the keys to the house and let us walk through on our own and let us decide if we liked it or not. This has been a good experience and we didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Grant understood that we are not buying a house, but buying a home.

  Grant helped walked us through the process of choosing our new home and made the experience as worry free as possible. He made us feel comfortable, and we didn't feel pressured during the process. Grant was very thorough and walked us through the process step by step and brought up things that we would not have thought about. He was knowledgeable and professional, at the same time funny and charming. Not to mention he dressed to impress. Overall we are very happy with Grant and the home we chose. Looking forward to continue working with Grant and the Pulte team.
