  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience working with Grant at Pulte Homes. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient with us, answered what felt like a million questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Grant is extremely knowledgeable about the homes, the community, the building process, and all of the different options that come along with buying a new construction home. What stood out to us most, though, is that you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He cares about the people he works with and wants them to feel confident and excited about their decision. Buying and building a home can be stressful, but Grant made the entire process feel smooth and straightforward. He was responsive, honest, easy to work with, and always willing to take the extra time to walk us through something when we needed it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend Grant to anyone considering a Pulte home. He’s been a huge part of making this experience such a positive one for our family.

  We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Grant. From the very beginning, he has been kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the process of buying our new home. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and extra care he has put into making this such a positive experience for us. Grant is an incredible asset to Pulte, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Five stars without hesitation!

  Grant has been amazing helping my wife and I go through the home building process. He is such a true professional and clearly cares about building relationships with prospective buyers. Never once did we feel pressured to make certain decisions and he has been so helpful along this new journey. He also loves our little dog, Linda, which clearly shows he also has good judgement 😉.   If you are considering purchasing a new construction home, I highly recommend working with Grant Richardson. Grant was incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. We had previously gone through the new construction process with another builder and had an extremely negative experience with the construction of that home. When we explained our concerns to Grant, he took the time to listen, understand our experience, and serve as an effective intermediary between us and the builder. Grant earned our trust through his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for our experience. Because of that trust, we ultimately felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase and construction of our new home. Throughout the process, Grant has continued to demonstrate why having the right person by your side is so important when building a new home. On two occasions, we needed some additional guidance and clarification, and Grant was there to help us navigate each situation with professionalism and confidence. He has been responsive, reassuring, and proactive every step of the way, making us feel that we always have someone in our corner who genuinely cares about our experience. We are very grateful to have Grant representing us during what can be a complicated and stressful process. It is our hope that the rest of the individuals involved in building our home are as professional, responsive, and caring as Grant has been.
