Had a great experience with buying my first home! Jillian in sales was amazing , Daniel Land was wonderful with helping us making sure our house was set for the closing walk-through. Everyone I worked with through Pulte was great! North River Ranch is a beautiful community with great Amenities, especially if you have a family. My fiancée and I have lived in our new home for almost three months, and overall we’ve been very happy. We love the neighborhood, we love the house, and Pulte has been responsive in addressing the small warranty items that have come up. Unfortunately, we’ve had one major issue that has been very disappointing: the garage floor. We were told that Pulte installs a “construction-grade” garage floor coating. In reality, it appears to be little more than paint with decorative flakes sprinkled on top, without a proper protective seal. Since moving in, the flakes have continuously peeled up. We’re constantly sweeping them out of the garage and finding them tracked throughout our house. Some flakes don’t even sweep up—you have to scrape them off with your fingernail. When we contacted Pulte, we were told there was nothing they could do and that it would “eventually stop.” Concerned, we reached out to several local epoxy flooring companies to see if we could pay to have the floor sealed. Every company told us the same thing: they could seal it, but they wouldn’t warranty the work because the floor wasn’t installed correctly in the first place. They all explained that the flakes will continue to come loose over time and that the only proper fix is to remove the existing coating and install a professionally applied epoxy system. It’s frustrating that a home builder would cut corners on something like this. Spending a little more to install a quality garage floor from the beginning would have prevented this issue, especially when professional flooring companies routinely offer warranties of 15 years to lifetime. My advice to anyone buying a Pulte home: inspect the garage floor carefully before closing. Ask exactly how it’s installed, whether it’s sealed, and what warranty applies. Otherwise, you may find yourself constantly dealing with peeling flakes throughout your garage and home—or paying out of pocket to have the floor redone correctly.

I recently visited Pulte Longmeadow at North River Ranch, and I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jules Taglieri. Even though I wasn’t able to purchase a home at this time, Jules went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was incredibly informational, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through every detail of the community and the building process. What really stood out was that Jules continued to support me without any pressure, even after learning that I couldn’t move forward right now. That level of professionalism and care is rare and truly appreciated. Because of her outstanding service, I will definitely return to Pulte Homes and to Ms. Taglieri when I’m ready to buy a new construction home. Highly recommend this community and especially Jules!
