  Our experience with Britney was exceptional. Britney is someone who goes above and beyond in several ways. From her utmost professionalism, to her consistent communication, to her concrete knowledge when answering every single question on the spot with factual responses, it is all truly unmatched. Britney’s transparency was accurate yet warm with tactful delivery. My favorite thing about her was her genuine happiness for us when I told her our better fit was the same house she showed us the in’s and out’s of was in a different Pulte community down the street. Britney is the reason we knew so much about the Yellowstone home and the entire process even though she wasn’t benefiting from selling to us in that neighborhood. What a valuable employee and asset to Pulte Britney is. A true gem 💎. Loved our experience very much and hope she continues to excel beyond words.

  So disappointed with this builder. First the rep misquoted my clients about the price of the lots (2 of them) and then the rep wanted my clients to go out and find the lots they were interested in vs. getting in his car to take them—which they attempted to do, but there were no markings at all though he suggested they had numbers. Apparently, it was just too hot for you to leave your air conditioned office. It wasn’t until they insisted that he take them, that he finally did. This builder lost 2 sales because of their inability to provide basic customer service skills to my clients. We later took our business to another builder who worked for and earned their business. $1.2 million in sales in one hour or less—-just because they cared to show ethics and integrity along with respect to my buyers. I won’t be bringing clients back to this builder, sadly. Oh, and after I warned that they would be losing the sale(s), 2 of them both VA, the rep sent me a text that read “lol, have a nice weekend.” Zero attempt to save or salvage the deal. Nice hire, Pulte. Do better.
