  Take a mix of farmland and swamp, add some dirt to fill in the swampy areas and then build thousands upon thousands of cookie cutter houses, add a short "nature trail", some pools and parks with no shade, and a water slide that doesn't open on labor day because there is no lifeguard on duty and you have North River Ranch. Then, after building those thousands of homes, realize that the two lane road is insufficient and floods, but spend the next few years to widen and raise the road. They claim it is the government that is responsible for the road, but the builders profit while the customers (residents) suffer the traffic and pay taxes for a road that is only necessary because the builders put in those many thousands of homes.

  I had an excellent experience working with Jules Taglieri. From the very beginning of my home search, Jules was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took the time to help me understand and compare different communities, community benefits, fees, home options, loan programs, interest rates, and how different loan terms could affect my monthly payment and overall cost. She was always willing to answer my questions and explain everything clearly, even when I had many different scenarios that I wanted to compare. She also helped throughout the home-tour and purchasing process and made sure I had the information I needed to make the right decision for my family. What impressed me the most was how dedicated, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful she was. I never felt rushed or pressured. She was always very responsive and made the entire process much easier to understand. Even though my plans have changed for now because of my family situation, I am extremely grateful for all of Jules’s help. When the right time comes for us to move to Florida, I would be very happy to work with her again. I highly recommend Jules to anyone considering a Pulte home. She truly provides exceptional customer service. Thank you, Jules, for everything!

  We always have such a wonderful experience working with Cori and her team at North River Ranch! They do an incredible job creating fun, welcoming events for their community. There’s always something new and different for kids and families to enjoy, and you can tell how much thought and care goes into every event.

  10/10 experience working with Cori and the North River Ranch Lifestyle Team! Gamer Events was hired as a vendor for their Back to School Bash, and the entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Everything was so organized and communicated so well ahead of time that I genuinely never had any questions leading up to the event — everything we needed to know was already covered. Cori and the entire Lifestyle Team were welcoming, helpful, and great to work with on event day. The event itself was extremely well run, and you can tell how much thought and effort they put into creating a great experience for both their residents and the vendors they work with. We absolutely loved being part of it and would happily work with North River Ranch again!
