My wife and I had been looking at a couple other builders/communities in the Parrish area. We were very close to signing a contract but decided to look at Explore after seeing it on You Tube video. When we walked in the door of the sales center we were met by Hannah Moore. We connected with her immediately. I couldn’t imagine there being a better sales person than Hannah . She is truly amazing at her job. She showed us different homesite options and pricing and there wasn’t any pressure whatsoever. She accompanied us through a tour of the model homes so she could explain all of the features available. We had no intention of signing a contract on a homesite/ home but everything just felt so right. We are so excited to watch our home being built and we know Hannah will be with us throughout the whole process. If you are thinking of building a new home Explore is the place to check out and definitely ask for Hannah.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new home at Del Webb Explore, and a big part of that was our salesperson, Nick. From the very beginning, Nick was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walk us through the different options, and help us feel confident throughout the entire purchasing process. He was always responsive and made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly seamless. What really stood out to us was how dedicated Nick was to helping us. He even worked on his days off to make sure we had what we needed and that everything continued moving forward. That level of commitment and customer service really made a difference for our family. We are extremely grateful for Nick’s help and are excited about our new home at Del Webb Explore. If you’re considering purchasing a home here, we would highly recommend working with Nick!
