  The Residences of Sweet Bay is truly an exceptional place to call home. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the attention to detail throughout the property, there is a genuine sense of quality, care, and pride in the community. Everything is consistently kept immaculate and in pristine condition. A special recognition goes to Rebecca, the property manager, who is outstanding at what she does. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the community. She has created a welcoming atmosphere and leads a wonderful, SUPER friendly staff - Mia, Desi and Mariah - who are consistently courteous, responsive, and attentive to residents. It is rare to find a property where the level of service and the care of the surroundings are both held to such a high standard. Rebecca and her team have created an environment that feels polished, welcoming, and truly well cared for. The Residences of Sweet Bay sets a wonderful standard for upscale apartment living, and the management team deserves EVERY ONE of these five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a wonderful experience working with Donelle! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Donelle went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and professionalism she showed throughout the entire process. She was kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile, but Donelle definitely did that for me. Thank you, Donelle, for your outstanding customer service and for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.   I don’t have any photos, but all I know is if I have a question it gets answered; if I have an issue it gets addressed and I’m not disappointed in any facility or amenity. It seems like Sweet Bay Avenue is quite the drag strip for loud exhaust, but that’s not the apartments problem

  We looked at many apartments and by far this was the best. We just love Mia. She is professional, energetic, very informative and went over and above to help us. She responded to our questions in a timely manner. To be honest Residence at Sweet Bay was in second place with other apartment but because they way Mia treated us put us over the roof and we fell in love with her and apartment complex. Very clean and are willing to accommodate our needs. They are top notch when responding to text or phone call. The maintenance department great communication skills letting us know their progress. So now if anyone on Facebook ask who would I recommend it would be Residence at Sweet Bay.
