  one of the most beautiful apartment i ever had. the area, the apartment complex itself is super clean. only thing i can complain about is i never got my deposit back but its okay haha. some of the dog owners doesnt know how to pick up their dog poops. other than that this apartment is beautiful and the workers are very respectful and they always come fix something if there's an issue.

  The maintenance that was done on my apt yesterday by Phillip was awesome! He did such a good job working around my furniture and left the area fixed and clean! Upon my return home I was very pleased, thank you sir! Also Phillip you are welcome to return anytime! The whole North Bay Landing team is looking forward to you coming to us.

  Great apartments for couples! Shortly after moving in I found out I was pregnant and I always felt safe in the community! The area was always clean and the staff were always helpful! My husband and I moved to Panama City last year and we loved our experience at North Bay Landing! If not for our growing family, we would have renewed for another year! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and beautiful apartment!

  Alyssa and Dallas are amazing! Our move in was 4/27 but FPL had issues getting the power on in our unit. We moved out of state, so Alyssa put our in a townhouse until they got the power up and working. Dallas has done a phenomenal job getting our apartment cleaned up and ready to go despite the power issues. North Bay landing handled everything very well.
