  More than a dozen models from which to choose. Unfortunately, most aren't furnished, but you definitely get a solid idea of the size of the rooms. Mason was very polite and helpful, not at all overbearing! He let me have all the time I needed to go in & out of as many models as I wished.

  I purchased my home from Clayton Homes. And I couldn't be happier. Not matter the task big or small, they get the job done. Doug and Dylan are a great team and provide great customer service

  we started out in Tallahassee FL and ended up in Panama City with Rick Moulder. We would not have this new home if it was not for Rick. He walked us through all the options and features. walked us through all the homes with the styles we were looking for. Leon county gave us a really hard time about the permits and Rick stepped right in and guided us on who to talk to and where to go. after we made the purchase. we were then told who the movers were. We drove to Marianna Fl to meet with Greg Lolli for set up and delivery of our home. They were very explanatory about the set up and delivery and the wind zone tie down requirements. we requested to step it up by adding extra tie downs to make sure it don't rock during Tallahassee wind storms. 5 months after purchase the home was ready to be delivered. Our home was set up in record time. we were able to be moved in in 13 days. moving in the next day. we were also met with Ryan Moulder who is our ac unit, Hot water heater and plumbing man. awesome guy. very explanatory. I also highly recommend Doug Swenson and Dillon. Any and ALL questions were answered. Any problems that have arose due to highway transport, touch ups have been resolved very quickly and timely upon notification. Our front steps and patio porch was built by Jodi Scott. awesome team, Highly Recommended. He built exactly what we were looking for and better than expected. We are looking to do more front porch work in the near future with Jodi as our builder. This whole process would have never happened if this whole team had not done what they did, if we ever need another home in the future. We WILL be returning to Panama city, with out a doubt. we are beyond pleased and happy. for those looking to buy from clayton. Don't go anywhere but to Panama city. 5 Stars would be 100 if y'all had that option.
