  I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, the staff SHAUNA and AMY had been professional, welcoming, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, which shows they genuinely care about keeping residents comfortable. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe and peaceful. The common areas are always kept in great condition, and there’s a strong sense of community among residents without it ever feeling overcrowded or noisy. Parking has been convenient, and the overall layout of the complex makes it easy to get around. One of the best parts has been the location—close to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes daily errands and commuting simple. It really strikes a good balance between convenience and a quiet place to come home to. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

  Okay this is what i’ll say stopped by Watermark at Urban Blu for a tour and WOWthis was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had touring an apartment community. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Amy, Shauna, Tisha, Chris, Campbell, and Dewayne from maintenance are seriously AMAZING. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who live there and take so much pride in what they do. Everyone was not only professional, but also so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to—it didn’t feel forced at all, which I really appreciated. The energy of this place is just different in the best way. You can tell it’s a community, not just an apartment complex. I left feeling excited, which I didn’t expect at all from a tour! I’m planning to move in December after I get married and relocate closer to family, and after this visit, Watermark at Urban Blu is at the very top of my list. If you’re even considering moving here, definitely go take a tour!!you won’t regret it.

  I had such a great experience at the Watermark at Urban Blu Apartments and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shauna Harris the community manager. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. She truly took the time to listen to what I had going on and how unhappy I’ve been at Exchange at North Bay Apartments located in Panama City and that meant a lot to me. I walked in stressed and walked out like okay maybe life is getting back on track. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. She sat down with us answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. She showed us the pool the mail room the clubhouse and everything was absolutely beautiful and so well put together. The grounds are beautiful there and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything looking great so keep up the great work. Then she took us into a model apartment and that made all the difference. Seeing the layout in person versus just looking at floor plans helped so much and whoever decorates those units needs to stay because I almost asked if the couch came with the lease. I also want to mention Amy and Tisha because they both played a big part in this. I had talked with Tisha before and she recommended this community based on what we were looking for and she was completely right. We ended up getting approved for a first floor apartment overlooking the lake and I could not be more excited. At this point I’m already mentally arranging furniture and I don’t even have the keys yet. The location is perfect. It feels so close to the beach and everything you need is right there from grocery stores to restaurants whether it’s on the beach near the Grand Lagoon or along Back Beach Road. It’s also on the quieter side of Panama City Beach which makes it feel safe and more relaxed. With Shauna Amy and Tisha in the office I already feel confident this is going to be a wonderful community to live in. Thank you all for being so kind to my family. You are the best and I can’t wait to be telling everyone about living here. Counting down the days until move in like it’s a holiday.

  First off let me say the complex is beautiful and the apartments are lovely,nice clean environment. Now miss Shauna she is the bestest she is sweet,patient she helped me so much with my application...I'd give her 10stars of i could she is really a life saver god bless her....

  I toured with Tisha, and she was nothing but personable, professional, and made my entire experience easy and welcoming. She answered my questions, made me feel comfortable, and truly showed great customer service from start to finish. I’m really looking forward to moving here! If you’re looking for a place to live and want the best leasing professional, I highly recommend taking a tour with Tisha. You’ll leave feeling pleased, confident, and happy with your decision.
