  Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the positive changes brought about by the new management. At this time last year, my wife and I were seriously contemplating moving our daughter to a new place, even if it meant breaking her lease. The previous management consistently failed to address our concerns, particularly regarding her safety. It seemed that a blind eye was turned to various issues within the complex, including criminal activity. We later learned that there was a lack of background checks for new tenants, and the Panama City Beach Police Department arrested individuals at the complex on multiple occasions who had extensive criminal histories. Furthermore, despite being notified several times that some units had over ten occupants and that illicit activity was occurring, the previous manager took no action. Since the new management took over, we have seen a significant improvement, including prompt responses to maintenance requests. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to improving the community.   I Rented my apartment from Ky and had a few ups and down but when things didn’t work Jennifer was there to help I just moved in and Jennifer has been a big help on everything any time I need something she was always there to help and answer all questions . Jennifer is the person to go to and gets things done. Thank you Jennifer for everything you do.

  Philip has been an amazing asset to this community! You can tell he really cares about his residents and takes his time to understand your requests! Also, Blake and Paul have been amazing as well! I don’t know what we would do without these guys!!! Stephanie and Jennifer were also extremely helpful during our move in process, making sure we had everything we needed and more!
