  Yikes..... after being with Burg for about 2 years the last 9 months has been a nightmare. Let's just say they move at an "Ice-Burg" pace. They are very slow to respond and rarely keep their records up to date until you hound them like crazy. If you are looking for a HOA Management company that you have to spend every waking moment supervising them, then this is your management company. They do not understand how to use their own software and they are the gatekeepers of the Association's records, which can be years out of date. No matter how many times you ping them, remind them, they do not have an strong tracking method to ensure Board tasks or resident requests are properly answered. Thus putting the Board and the residents at risk of being non-compliant. If you are looking for a great experience, you will not find it here and what you will find is a CAM that falls asleep at the wheel.

  I have been extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this HOA and its management. My interactions have often felt more adversarial than cooperative, with communication focused on enforcement rather than working with homeowners to resolve issues. In my case, I did not receive some of the notices the HOA says were sent, yet the matter continued to escalate toward fines. When I reached out after learning of the issue, I was met with little willingness to discuss a reasonable resolution. What concerns me most is the apparent inconsistency in enforcement. There are numerous homes throughout the neighborhood with minor maintenance issues similar to or more noticeable than mine, yet my property was cited. In addition, the HOA seems to hold homeowners to a higher standard than it appears to hold itself when it comes to the upkeep of common areas. As a homeowner, I simply expect the rules to be applied fairly and consistently to everyone. An HOA should help preserve property values while treating residents with professionalism, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

  This organization is aweful and will charge exuberant fees for minor issues. They facilitate a fine committee that will nickel and dime owners. After 1 notification of violation through mail only they just run the clock on your fee until it’s a maximum bill they hand you months later.

  Tammy was very helpful and cooperative and patient on setting up my account and adding it and setting up payments.

  Excellent customer service. You don’t find that much anymore. This young lady answered the phone. She didn’t make me look for all my account number and everything. She was able to pull up my account and help me and I want to say you don’t see that kind of customer service anymore.
