  Our home building experience with Toll Brothers Breakwater at Ward Creek exceeded our expectations! Our sales team (Nathan, Tatiana and Brenda) went out of their way to show us their models, quick move-ins and homes under construction to help us make initial decisions regarding which home to purchase. Peg, our designer, was endlessly patient in working with us on our design selections. Jake, our construction manager, went above and beyond in making the construction of our home a smooth process. Jake provided us with weekly updates regarding what would be happening, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our closing date was on target, and we are very pleased with the quality of construction that Toll Brothers has provided. The entire purchasing, building and closing process was outstanding! Now that we’ve moved in, we’ve met wonderful neighbors and are enjoying the beautiful amenities!

  Cannot thank Nathan, Jake & Justin enough! Communication throughout the whole build process was 10/10, as I got weekly pictures, updates, and next weeks plans. Very pleased with everything! Highly recommend this neighborhood!

  My husband and I have had an amazingly smooth building experience over the last 10 months with Toll Brothers, Breakwater at Ward Creek. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable and very communicative during our build. We had weekly updates as we were living in Tennessee. They even sent pictures which made the experience so exciting. This team goes above and beyond to truly make the costumers happy. Building a new home can be a headache but with them, it felt more like a dream come true! Thank you, Brenda, Nathan, Tatianna, Jake and Justin! Y’all are the best!

  As a local real estate agent, my number one goal is ensuring my clients can walk into a transaction with confidence and comfortability. From the sales team (Nathan) to Jake and Justin on the construction side, there was patience, transparency, and solid workmanship. Excited to bring more buyers into this beautiful community and get more of these homes sold! I can only imagine prices will continue to appreciate as the amenities get build out, prospective buyers fall in love with the progress and high standard here in Panama City Beach, and the nearby developments wrap up.
