  I had a last minute tour and was able to be welcomed by Jessica. She was patient, kind, funny and definitely had a part in knowing this is the place I wanted to move to! She was super busy but still managed to answer all of my questions and clear any confusion I had. The property looked well maintained and up to date. From the beginning she had my back in finding exactly what I wanted, even with all of my requests and in my price range! Thank you so much Jess!

  “I recently relocated from another state and relied on the approval and move-in process in good faith. I paid the required move-in funds and received approval/welcome communication, but the process was later canceled and my refund has still not been properly resolved. Due to the error and continued delay of the refund, I have experienced significant financial hardship and housing instability. Communication has been slow and unclear throughout the process. I hope management resolves this matter professionally and promptly.”

  Great community, friendly employees! The only drawback is the busy road you have to exit onto.

  Came in for a tour looking for a 2B 2B and Stephanie from the front was such a great help explaining all of the amenities of Lake View. Was transparent with all the questions that I had and made me feel at home! She was the best 🙌🏽
