  LOVE this place! They go above and BEYOND for the residents. Gianna is so helpful, I’m so grateful for the experience I’ve had so far. I would recommend literally anyone and everyone looking for a rental with great amenities and events!

  Been living here for about 7 months now, and so far everything is great. Staff and maintenance have been very helpful with my concerns. Although admittedly, I had issues with my cooling/heater not working at times which makes the unit get real warm. Maintenance staff had to come back 3 to 4x now to clean the filter just to make the AC work again, which I think is excessive for only being here for 7 months and for my friend who lives in a different unit did not have the same issue as mine. Otherwise, I still appreciate them for being timely and for being accommodating with my maintenance requests especially for a night shift worker like me. Staff are also very respectful and friendly. Common areas and amenities are great, place itself feels secure and quiet. Still 5 stars because everything is handled professionally and timely.

  Amazing! Extremely clean and they have fun events every month and 2 coffee machines it feels like im living in a resort with an amazing pool with beautiful lights and its just so beautiful outside and im never bored it feels like im living in a hotel. Only thing is the fire alarm goes off often which is a little annoying but its ok.
