We are new residents of Viva Palm Coast and we LOVE IT! Ginger was absolutely wonderful to work with and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and helped us not become stressed about all the details! She made moving here just a pleasure. We love the layout of our 3 bedroom. The kitchen is larger than any apartment I’ve ever seen. The living room is ample and I love the sliders with the built in blinds. The counters, the doors and cabinets and drawers feel high end. The master is more than enough room for our king size bed, dresser, book shelf and my writing desk too! We have already enjoyed the pool a few times. We feel like we live at a resort! Thanks, Viva!

Fantastic Team! From the moment I walked in for my tour, Viva has felt like home. I've had a great experience living here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Shalonda and Ginger are always professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The leasing process transparent and they truly care about the community. Whenever a maintenance issue arises, Jimmy handles it immediately. He is highly skilled, friendly, and always leaves things cleaner than he found them. It is rare to find an apartment team where both management and maintenance work together so seamlessly. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Viva Palm Coast! Ginger and Shalonda in the leasing office have always been extremely helpful, welcoming, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. One of the things we really appreciate is the effort they put into organizing community events. It’s a great way for neighbors to meet, spend time together, and really feel connected. Viva Palm Coast has a very family-oriented atmosphere, and we truly appreciate the sense of community they’ve created. We’re happy to call it home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live!
