I wasn’t even planning on buying just yet but went and looked a model town house to see what they had for what they were offering. I was greeted by Julie Drahos and wanted to buy a townhouse 20 minutes later! They worked sooooooo hard to get me the customs I wanted for the price I could afford. I’m forever grateful for Julie, Elizabeth and Angel. They are wonderful and made me feel super safe to purchase a home. Thank you all so much!!!

Matt Bollinger and Haris Residovic were instrumental in us having a great and smooth experience. They kept us updated via text messages of the status of our new townhome as well as posting pictures of the construction progress. Our walk-through was thorough and Matt explained every little detail which made us feel like he poured his heart on making sure everything was up to our expectations. Their pricing was reasonable, the quality of the construction along with the prompt communication of the project managers made our purchase a breeze. Our closing process was easy and on time. I would recommend Ryan Homes. They have a great team.
