  This review for 5 stars is specifically for Don in warranty. Don is the manager for the warranty dept. We built in St Augustine w Ryan Homes. Just prior to closing he introduced himself and had already documented an issue for us on his own w out us even asking. He is on top of it all! We have only been in the home a few weeks and we are EXTREMELY impressed w how swiftly he handles warranty. He has shown integrity, true empathy and care for his job. This is far from the norm in dealing w a warranty dept and even more so w a new home. So far we are very confident he will handle any warranty issues that may arise, as well as a current one. I will update again to ensure I can back this review. Thus far he has been outstanding, and we cannot say enough good things! Grateful for Don!

  I cannot say enough great things about Jordyn Donawa and the experience my family had purchasing our Ryan Homes home. From day one, Jordyn was different. We had what felt like a never-ending list of questions, and Jordyn answered every single one with patience, professionalism, and kindness. No matter how many times we reached out, he never seemed frustrated or rushed us. He always took the time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and Jordyn made that experience enjoyable and stress-free. The truth is, he is the reason we decided to move forward with purchasing our home. His honesty, dedication, and genuine care gave us the confidence we needed.   I would like to say, everyone who helped me in my home buying process was amazing. Ayla, helped me get started in purchasing my home. Always available to answer my many questions. My project manager Josh was so helpful answering all my questions, making sure I understood all there was to know about my house, and Elizabeth was so very helpful in always at the ready whenever I needed anything. They all made sure I was comfortable in my new townhome( which I love). You can't go wrong with this crew when I comes to buying your new home here in Sable Palms, you will be very happy.
