  Anthony is truly “the A-Team”.We researched the market and conducted many interviews prior to hiring Anthony and his Team. Our research paid off. In hiring Anthony, we considered the following factors : 1) Grasp of the Hammock Beach marketplace 2) His well thought out marketing strategy for our home 3) Extremely professional marketing materials including audio/visual 4)High level of personal involvement and communication in the relationship Our decision to hire Anthony was spot on as he found our perfect Buyer ! Although Anthony was very active in networking with other Real Estate professionals in the community , he actually found our Buyer via a referral from a Hammock Beach Club Member. A club member knew someone who wanted to relocate to Hammock Beach. Once that connection was made , things took off(Anthony has a big referral network in Hammock Beach)! Admittedly, Anthony needed to navigate some tricky issues during the negotiations and even the Closing but he guided the transaction across the finish line and everyone was happy . For me, his service didn’t end with the sale . The Buyer was anxious to move in so Anthony facilitated our move out . He even took care of a couple of my messy loose ends ( he returned my Spectrum Equipment to the Spectrum Store and he found my favorite pair fishing glasses I had left behind ). From start to finish , Anthony is truly a “Top Notch Pro “ !

  Spent a good part of the day with Anthony looking for a second home in Palm Coast. Anthony took us to homes that had the amenities that we told him and was very organized. We then went out again the 2nd day in the morning and it was very productive and gave us a good idea of prices and amenities out there. We found a home that was perfect for our needs and close to the beach that had EVERYTHING we were looking for! His patience and experience paid off, as he knows so much about the area and what it has to offer! Looking for a Palm Coast property? Go with Anthony and you will not be sorry.   Anthony easily gets a 5 Star Rating from me. We’ve moved 15 times over the past 45+ years, and Anthony has been the best realtor we’ve used by far. In fact, Anthony made such a good impression as the “buying realtor “ on our prior Ocean Hammock home sale that we asked him to be our buying realtor when we returned to the area. Ours was a particularly difficult home search in that none of the available properties checked all the boxes for us after several weeks of searching. Anthony pursued the owners of several formerly listed homes and he helped us find the ideal property. I’d highly recommend Anthony to be your next “selling” or “buying “ realtor.
