Kathleen was wonderful to us and she worked with us with the same positive spirit over a period of 2-3 months. Ultimately we decided to build with a different builder due to the other home being a better fit for us, but I wanted to leave a glowing review here and vouch for the service you would receive if you work with Kathleen. Btw, Divosta also has good deals, especially in rate buy down and design incentives. Good luck to all the house shoppers out there! A

Sharvee was extremely helpful throughout the process — he patiently answered all of our questions, helped me and my wife narrow down the design and upgrade selections, and gave us tours of different lots and home styles to help us make the right decision. They recently received the permits and are ready to break ground for our home, which is very exciting. Looking forward to the next steps, and I’ll update this review again after closing and move-in!
