We had multiple defective cabinets, an unpainted wall, dents in our kitchen floor, a shattered window hinge, and a missing stair. There was active power-tool construction work taking place in our home during our walkthrough. When I reached out to our construction manager, Roger Sprint, about fixing our stair, we scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment (more than an hour after the guy was scheduled to arrive), we get an email saying the guy "forgot about it" and could not fix it today. Screenshot attached. How much more unprofessional can you get? Additionally, they take forever to respond to repair requests on their warranty app. They claim a representative will reach out within 72 hours of submitting a request. As I write this review, Apex has not reached out to fix any of the problems I mentioned above (closed the home one month ago). When buying a home here, be mindful that the construction team is incredibly sloppy and unprofessional, and communication with them is virtually impossible.
