- SVSonia VazquezMay 17, 20265.0I’d like to recognize the outstanding jobs done by the Ryan Team: Kahla Parrish, Brian Bride and Terry Cullen to complete our dream home at Malabar Spring, Palm Bay Florida. The house is beautiful and perfect. Our inspector told us that Brian (PM) did a great job building the house with basically no defects. Kahla is not a sales representative; she’s your best friend during the complete process. And let’s not forget to say what a great job Terry did in helping get the approval. We basically purchased the house because of her empathy towards us (customers). Terry is such a friendly person and he was able to finish our loan in a very short time.
