Door have no sound proofing at all. All the noice passes straight through. For the rent you pay, you only get a house with leaky doors. You need pay extra for soundproofing. It should be called "Tivoli" appartments. It should be called "That's not something we provide" appartments. Coz that's the only thing they say when you call them. Edit1: Responding to reply below. What the #*#* are you talking about? We have picked out keys and been living at the place for more than a two weeks now. (Not everyone needs to come to pickup the keys. If one of us does everyone can enter the house) And since you are pretending to not know what I'm talking about, check the call recording from Monday 10:45 am. And speak of picking up keys, somebody at the counter last week told me you guys only provide one key and we would have to pay extra for extra keys. Signing 3 ppl on lease and providing only 1 key is super convenient!!! And then pretending we never picked up keys. Good game! Edit2: week 3 fonstayinh at Tivoli. There are no cctv cameras here. No security at the apartments. My package was stolen within 4 hours of delivery from door steps. lease office says, "there's nothing we can do about it".

The location to UCF is great. The maintenance staff is very nice and responds very quickly to requests. It is lower priced compared to nearby apartments. Parking situation is great. However the appliances and building is old. Our dishwasher was very old and did not work for all 3 years I was there. Rent increases every year (~$40/month per person) despite being existing residents resigning. Trash compactor often broken and trash piles spilling out into the apartment street. Fined for putting up decorative lights on the balcony.

An inconsiderate, uncomfortable, frustrating and disgusting place to live most of the time. If you like constant lawn care, construction or other types of loud and annoying machinery running from 6AM until 3PM multiple days a week (not scheduled and not notified about mind you) to prevent you from sleeping this is the place for you! even better when office staff is completely useless and unresponsive to complaints or providing any useful information or accommodation whatsoever (that is if you can reach them!) Anyway, I sleep with ear plugs now because they love to have leaf blowers right up against my bedroom wall on days when i am sleep deprived.) also btw the construction? fixing roofing and siding that had damage from OVER A YEAR AGO from a hurricane- they are just fixing it now so they look somewhat competent to new tenants when it was work that should have happened LAST YEAR (maybe 2 years ago!) And then there is only one trash compactor (outdoors) and it was broken for how long? trash piled up for months and tivoli attempted to threaten fining residents for that even though it was somewhat out of their control (nice one!). Units are not inspected unless everyone moves out and rent increases with no unit upgrades that entire time. There's paint and chunks of caulk with hair and other crap stuck in the paint on the walls. the plumbing and electrical especially in the bathroom had the fresh design choice of having horrible seals around faucets and light fixtures with gaps which is truly lovely if you wanted to invite roaches (the small BAD kind), water damage, or mold into your residence! (oh yeah my ceiling caved in and flooded with ankle deep sewage one time, though the maintenance team did respond quickly so there's a plus.) Also I would not recommend living here if you need to work from home or do anything reliable online here. The wifi gives out often (every couple months) and the outage can last hours-days. And i can not stress enough- staff will not care about it whatsoever. The wifi even went out the day I wanted to write this review! :D what a nice moving out gift. I hate this place so much and can't wait to leave. If you can afford it, choose the nicer, fancier or more expensive apartment complexes in the area at least for peace of mind. non-tivoli apartments have the decency to provide actual amenities, good wifi, helpful staff, and clean units with sound proofing and thoughtful paint jobs. Good luck.

To whom it may concern. I sincerely recommend choosing another apartment complex to live at. My roommates and I have been living here for 4 years and we haven’t received any respect the entire time. Our oven was broken for months; even after being written off as maintenance fixing the issue or simply just not believing us when we said it would burn the outsides of our dishes while leaving the insides completely uncooked. We weren’t allowed any decorative lights outside on OUR balcony that we pay rent for due to “possibly disturbing other apartments,” even though we kept them turned off when they weren’t in use. Our balcony also doesn't directly face any other apartments. We have also noticed countless other balconies with more extravagant light fixtures with a much shorter distance to other apartments. We would get warning letters to take our lights off or we would face a penalty and have to pay a fine. As of recently we’ve been going back and forth with the office due to the substantial noise coming from our upstairs neighbors, far more than the average “apartment living” amount. We have sent them multiple videos of proof with the noise occurring outside of quiet hours just to be met with skepticism and unprofessionalism about taking our complaints seriously. We have also faced over $1000 rent increase since moving in 4 years ago, with absolutely zero appliance and other rental upgrades. I hope possible future tenants take note of this review and factor it into their place of living decision.
