  Brianna (Bri) Curry made the house search and buying experience amazing! She was always positive, easy to talk to and willing to help at any time throughout the process. We did not imagine finding and buying a house as fast as it happened. It would not have been possible without Bri! I would highly recommend Bri if you are in the market for a house.   We worked with Matt Navarra for a property purchase in Ormond Beach. Don't be fooled! Matt is young but he is a very skilled young gentleman, courteous as few these days. But what was most important when choosing him from a plethora of realtors in this area is his efficiency. Matt never gave us the feeling that he is bothered by our requests at any time in the day (even late evening), nor rushed me to make a decision. He was always genuinely happy to come after a last minute request to see a property, or see it again. He never attempted to hide the faults of a house, but the opposite: he proactively checked it beforeour visit and showed us the downsides of the property (cracks, foundation issues, flooding score, etc.). In the end Matt really wants you to be comfortable with your decision. At the time of negotiation, his input is extremely valuable and reasonable. No eye rolling, no pressure. Matt is also extremely active, involved and well connected in Ormond Beach community and he is backed by a group of realtors (Realty Pros Assured) with a very strong presence and a great reputation in Ormond and Volusia. After the sale, my relation with Matt continued. He made a few recommendations for the works around the house (such as handyman, fence or landscaping companies) and we couldn't be happier with his referrals. He is an overall strong realtor with a great career ahead.

  Roger Maynard was really one of the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with, and I have worked with quite a few! Professional every step of the way. We are out of state and he kept us up to date often with everything that was going on as far as the marketing and sale of our condo was concerned. Quickly found us a qualified buyer and made sure each step was monitored and followed through by all parties involved. I can't speak highly enough about Roger. He's like having a good friend in the business!

  Agents are great 👍 they did there job perfectly. Got our home about a year and half ago,They get 5 stars, But Do not trust the home inspector. Get your own inspector. We didnt and now we are paying the price. PLUMBING, WIRING, AND FOUNDATION ALL OF IT IS COSTING US SO MUCH MONEY. The election can't even believe the house was able to be sold. All this guy told us was the back door needed to be fixed. If I had the inspector name I would give it
