  Put in request to fix broken A/C over a month and a half ago. Still not fixed. This is a terrible way to live!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was remarkable for all the wrong reasons. The leasing agent conducted herself with the kind of brittle hostility and superiority complex that usually develops after decades of being miserable in customer-facing employment. She was cold, openly judgmental, and so devoid of warmth or basic social grace that the entire interaction felt less like a property tour and more like being processed at the DMV by someone personally offended by human existence. She looked me up and down repeatedly with an air of tired disdain, as though she believed she was curating a luxury high-rise rather than showing aging, overpriced apartments that looked frozen somewhere between 1997 and deferred maintenance. The units themselves were dated, worn, and wildly overpriced for their actual condition. When I asked about rent, I was told pricing ‘fluctuates daily,’ which sounded less like professional leasing practice and more like algorithmic roulette for desperate applicants. If this property is comfortable having someone so abrasive and openly unpleasant represent them, that alone says plenty about management. There are too many decent communities with competent staff to tolerate this level of arrogance attached to mediocrity.

  I just signed my third lease here, and that alone speaks volumes about my experience. Having worked in property management for over 20 years, I came in with a strong understanding of the industry and did thorough research before moving in. Choosing this community was absolutely the right call. I’ve always felt safe, the maintenance and office teams are consistently kind and efficient, and the grounds and buildings are not only well maintained but continuously improving. I highly recommend this community!

  On a very busy street, everybody will be in your business, kind of quiet , but you hear everything from the busy street, and the ac units humming all day and night. Maintenance is pretty quick. Older apartments, no amenities except for the pool. Bring your own microwave, but that’s better than bringing your own washer and dryer. Older community, older folks, I only had trouble with two people who thought they owned the place. Read all the reviews very carefully look on yelp once again read the reviews very carefully because they are not lying, especially the older ones.

  Great apartment complex. Apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. View of the pond is beautiful. Maintenance is very good. Management staff is helpful and friendly. A great place to live!
