- SKSteven KrauchMay 28, 20265.0Just moved into Fisherman’s Landing 2 weeks ago and it was a smooth and easy move thanks to Joanne! She was very accommodating and professional. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you Joanne for making a difficult transition so easy.
- CMC MMay 24, 20262.0There’s a lot of nice people there, but there’s also a lot of rude people. My neighbor was an absolute terror and the main reason I moved. Anytime I needed something from management, I was greeted with hostility. The apartments are painted the same color on the inside. There’s no contrast it’s extremely drab and depressing. The windows are old they leak air. My patio had absolutely no privacy whatsoever. My patio door was actually bowed. One positive note is maintenance was very quick and efficient. Getting in and out of there is an absolute terror so if you do happen to move there, just plan on 15 extra minutes before you can get anywhere. However, for that price go get yourself a one bedroom and one of those so-called luxury apartments when you’ll be fine.

Choosing this community was absolutely the right call. I’ve always felt safe, the maintenance and office teams are consistently kind and efficient, and the grounds and buildings are not only well maintained but continuously improving. I highly recommend this community!
