  I've lived here since 2022, and I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I've ever called home. What truly sets this property apart is the incredible management team. Kristen, the Property Manager, goes above and beyond for every resident. She is always willing to help, no matter how big or small the issue may be. One of my favorite things about her is that she's a huge dog lover—my dog Rey absolutely adores her! I'm constantly amazed that she knows every resident by name, along with all of their dogs. That personal touch is something you just don't find at most communities. Patricia, the Leasing Agent is always professional, welcoming, and puts so much thought and effort into the resident events. She adds personal touches that make every event feel unique and memorable. They're by far the best resident events I've experienced since moving in. Milena, the Assistant Manager, is another standout. She always thinks outside the box and is constantly finding ways to make residents feel appreciated, whether it's bringing snacks to the office or even having treats for our furry friends. The entire leasing team is personable, genuine, and truly cares about the people who live here. They don't just manage the property—they build relationships and create a real sense of community. That level of care and dedication is something you rarely experience at any other apartment community. I absolutely love this team and love calling this property home. Highly recommend!

  This review is directed at management because the current level of maintenance service is unacceptable. I've had a broken dishwasher for over a month. Maintenance has come out four separate times, and each visit has ended with the same result—it's still not fixed. I was told a part had been ordered over two weeks ago, yet there has been no communication, no update, and no resolution. As if that weren't frustrating enough, my central A/C stopped working three days ago while temperatures have been around 95°F. The only solution provided was a portable A/C unit in my living room, leaving my bedroom hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. To make matters worse, maintenance scratched my walls while installing it. I had to call the office myself just to find out what was going on, only to be told they were still waiting on another part. If the repair couldn't be completed promptly, management should have called a third-party HVAC company instead of expecting residents to endure these conditions. Basic maintenance requests should not take weeks to resolve, and essential services like air conditioning should be treated with urgency. Residents pay a premium to live here and deserve better communication, accountability, and timely repairs. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes because this experience has been unacceptable.

  Moving was never so easy and happy thanks to the help of Trish Smith. Her shift was almost over, yet she captivated and inspired me with how she still maintained her enthusiasm and energy. She welcomed me with a beautiful smile and was completely ready and willing to help me through my leasing process. I looked at the options and knew that it was right here where I would build my new memories of a sweet home. Thank you, Trish, you are the best

  I’ve been at Triton for a few weeks now and I am so happy with my decision! The amenities and pool are fantastic and I have easy access to my apartment via the garage which has plenty of parking space. The complex is well kept and residents are quiet and seem respectful of one another. I do want to say Patricia was very professional and helpful during the process of applying to my move in. She made what I thought would be stressful move quite seamless and continues to show sincere interest in making sure I am happy.
