  The staff at The Summit are always very helpful and take the time to listen to your concerns and needs. It’s also generally very quiet and peaceful here and the pool area is nice and relatively clean. Living here has been a good experience.

  I’m not sure who this particular person is, especially since they don't have a residential parking permit. They decided the middle of the entryway into the parking lot was the best place to block everyone else, but common sense isn't always common. As someone who pays monthly HOA fees, the lack of repainting the lines is ridiculous and contributes to situations like this. The HOA needs to address the faded parking lines to prevent this kind of chaos in the future

  I wanted to give a special thank you to the entire team at Summit at Metrowest. During my time living in the community, I had a wonderful experience. A special shout-out goes to Nelson, the Head of Maintenance. He has always been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive whenever I submitted a maintenance request. He consistently addressed issues in a timely manner and always made me feel comfortable and valued as a resident. He truly has a caring, fatherly approach that makes a difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in helping the community. I’d also like to thank the office staff for always being friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my residency. I truly appreciate everything the team has done to make my experience at Summit at Metrowest a positive one. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I wish the entire team continued success!

  I have been in summit for 7 months and many things have happened to me with the apartments and the only one who has always wanted to help us is Audry, she has been very good at her job and very patient . Do not hesitate to contact her when you need to know something. She would always help you.
