  We recently moved here a few months ago after looking at many properties within the area and simply love it! This place is clean and well maintained, everything is always up and running, and the amenities with the pool are really nice. Most of all the staff & maintenance crew is phenomenal, if there is any issue they immediately take of it, usually the same day! Allison and Macie who my wife and I dealt with are simply the nicest and most professional ladies ever :-) We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent living experience.

  I have lived in this community since 2020 and will be signing for another year. I believe that you get the best value overall with this community based on the units themselves and the location of the community and proximity to lots of things including the highway and outlet mall. The front office is always helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance is also professional and extremely quick to fix any issues. They usually respond same day or next day for maintenance requests. I am very happy to be living here and happy to sign for a 7th year.

  Would not recommend. Our apartment flooded twice and they said they would help waive our transfer fee and they never did. The second flood the emergency hotline asked if we were able to get through the night with the flooding and to "put towels down". We never received money back for our pro rated month and management has no stopped responding to us. The lack of accountability from the management ream is extremely frustrating.

  I lived at Village Terra Bella for one year, and I had an excellent experience. Alison, the property manager, was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed maintenance, the team responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. They were also very prompt in answering emails, and I never had any difficulty getting support. Another thing worth mentioning is the parking. One of the biggest complaints people usually have about apartment communities is the lack of parking, but that was never an issue at Village Terra Bella. The parking area is spacious, there were always plenty of available spaces, and I never had to worry about finding a place to park. I never had any problems during the entire time I lived there. The only reason I moved out was because I relocated to another state. Otherwise, I would have happily continued living at Village Terra Bella. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed property with a responsive and caring management team.
