  I had a wonderful experience living at Village Terra Bella. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, the staff was always professional, welcoming, and helpful. Alison did an outstanding job managing the community and was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The property is well maintained, maintenance requests were completed quickly, and communication was always clear and efficient. I also really appreciated the parking—there were always available spaces, which is something that's hard to find in many apartment communities. The only reason I left was because my family moved to Utah. Otherwise, I would still be living there today. I truly appreciate everything the team did during my time at Village Terra Bella and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

  I lived at Village Terra Bella for one year, and I had an excellent experience. Alison, the property manager, was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed maintenance, the team responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. They were also very prompt in answering emails, and I never had any difficulty getting support. Another thing worth mentioning is the parking. One of the biggest complaints people usually have about apartment communities is the lack of parking, but that was never an issue at Village Terra Bella. The parking area is spacious, there were always plenty of available spaces, and I never had to worry about finding a place to park. I never had any problems during the entire time I lived there. The only reason I moved out was because I relocated to another state. Otherwise, I would have happily continued living at Village Terra Bella. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed property with a responsive and caring management team.

  Village at Terra Bella was home for two years! I have nothing but good things to say about the property, the staff, and the overall quality of life living here. Maintenance staff is awesome and always comes quick, office staff is responsive and always has the answers to any questions. We loved the amenities while living here (especially the dog park!) Couldn’t recommend them enough. Rent is fair priced and the apartments are maintained extremely well. Will miss living here for sure!

  We had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made us feel comfortable and at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a pleasant place to live
