  I lived here for a little over 3 years and it’s probably the best apartment complex I stayed at. In my whole 3 years of staying, my roommates and I never had any issues with maintenance, front office, or anything of that nature. The staff was always super attentive and extremely nice. The front desk always knew my roommates and I by name and were always very welcoming. It was unfortunate that we had to move out but across the board, I enjoyed my time staying at Terra Bella.

  I have lived here 3 years (I believe) and have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The complex is quiet, and most residents are respectful of each other. Only request would be for the equipment in the gym to be upgraded. Maintenance staff is always super responsive and quick. Leasing office staff is very prompt in responding and very understanding when I have had issues. I hope to stay for a while! Love it here!

  Hello, I’ve been living here for over a year and a half. This is not a complaint, but rather an observation of areas where we can improve, along with a message for residents: I walk my pets every day, and the amount of waste left behind by pet owners is absurd. This says more about the owner than the animal. Neighbor, please be responsible: pick up after your pet. Suggestion for management: please add more trash bins for pet waste, especially near the last lake by Building 15. Out of respect, I won’t mention which neighbors are not cleaning up. The cleanliness of hallways, staircases, and windows is very poor. In a year and a half, I have only seen my hallway cleaned once, and it was not a deep cleaning. Hopefully, we can all do our part by keeping our doors and surrounding areas clean and avoiding unpleasant odors from trash bins. On another note, I would like to recognize the maintenance team—they are excellent! They always respond quickly and with kindness. I don’t want this message to come across as negative. My intention is for it to help improve our community and encourage better coexistence, with the awareness that what we do—or don’t do—affects those around us.
