The Pines are conveniently located behind the tree line of Kirkman Rd., in the heart of Orlando, Florida. We offer spacious one, two and three bedroom floorplans. All apartments include washers and dryers, private screened patio entrances, oversized walk-in closets and central air conditioning/heat. We pride ourselves on having a superior maintenance team by extending 24-hour emergency maintenance response.
The Pines are just minutes from Dr. Phillips and Metro west shopping/dining as well as the exquisite Mall at Millennia. All major Orlando attractions are less than 20 minutes away! We are also within five minutes of the I-4 Highway, Florida Turnpike, 408-East/West Expressway and the 528-Beachline.
