  SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND AVOID MOVING IN HERE. The office staff are unprofessional and unorganized. I recently moved out from this complex and prior to moving out was informed by Saimi, the leasing manager, in person and by email “If there is any balance or service coverage between March 7, 2026 and April 2, 2026, the community would be billed for that timeframe. However, in the event that you are billed for any portion of that period by mistake, please provide us with a copy of the bill and we will gladly reimburse you for the applicable amount.“ I specifically had a conversation with Saimi prior to moving out as I was unable to request a “stop-service” for my utilities through Duke energy as they informed me it would need to be handled by the property management company. I have now been billed twice for utilities since moving out, one of which I’ve already paid. Today, I spoke to “Tony” at the office who insinuated that the fact that I am still being billed by Duke is actually my fault because I did not stop the service at the address even after forwarding the email from Saimi to him which states in black and white that I would not be liable for utilities after moving out. I specifically went to the office prior to moving out to address this situation to avoid this from happening. Tony’s unprofessionalism and unwillingness to right this situation needs to be addressed and I will be escalating this situation to Picerne’s southeast regional office.

  I have to shout out Saimi, the leasing manager who is truly the best of the best!!! You can tell she LOVES her job and team, there is not a day where I’ve gone to the office where she has not greeted me with a smile on her face and has made sure all of my requests are taken care of. There is a great sense of community at Preserve and I truly believe it started with Saimi and all the love she pours into all of us. I have also had recent interactions with Isabella at the front desk and she has also been very attentive and helpful!!
