  UPDATE: After posting my original review, I received a direct call from the property manager, and I want to acknowledge the effort they made to address my concerns. The issue with the gap under our front door was fixed, and management took the time to explain the communication issues that had occurred, as well as the process for handling repeated noise complaints and the consequences when residents do not follow community rules. They also assured me that they will be more proactive about monitoring common areas and reviewing cameras when necessary to ensure residents are following the rules. I want to be fair and acknowledge that they listened to our concerns and acted quickly once we spoke directly. We genuinely like this community, and we have always had a good experience with the management team. Leaving a negative review was not something we did lightly or with the intention of hurting anyone. It was simply the result of feeling frustrated after dealing with several issues that were significantly affecting our family, especially the ongoing noise that was interfering with our baby’s sleep. That said, I still believe that living in a community requires consideration and respect for the people around you. Management can enforce rules, but residents also have a responsibility to follow them and understand that their actions affect other families. We all have to do our part to make a community a good place to live. I appreciate management taking the time to listen and address our concerns. I hope the situation continues to improve, because this is a community we have genuinely enjoyed calling home for almost four years.

  This is a wonderful community! The property is always clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The office staff provides outstanding customer service and truly cares about the residents. Property Manager Tony is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We also love the leasing manager Saimi she’s such a sweetheart. The resident events bring the community together and make this place home.

  First off Isabella in the front was amazing and she made me feel right at home! She was very helpful, very detailed with everything and great positive energy. Any concerns I had she either found a solution or gave me the right answer! 5/5 Customer service! Highly recommend Moss park reserve! Amazing amenities as well! 5 out of 5 for Isabella! She was on point with everything. Shoutout to Tony the Manager too! He was extremely helpful and very hospitable as soon I got to the property!

  SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND AVOID MOVING IN HERE. The office staff are unprofessional and unorganized. I recently moved out from this complex and prior to moving out was informed by Saimi, the leasing manager, in person and by email “If there is any balance or service coverage between March 7, 2026 and April 2, 2026, the community would be billed for that timeframe. However, in the event that you are billed for any portion of that period by mistake, please provide us with a copy of the bill and we will gladly reimburse you for the applicable amount.“ I specifically had a conversation with Saimi prior to moving out as I was unable to request a “stop-service” for my utilities through Duke energy as they informed me it would need to be handled by the property management company. I have now been billed twice for utilities since moving out, one of which I’ve already paid. Today, I spoke to “Tony” at the office who insinuated that the fact that I am still being billed by Duke is actually my fault because I did not stop the service at the address even after forwarding the email from Saimi to him which states in black and white that I would not be liable for utilities after moving out. I specifically went to the office prior to moving out to address this situation to avoid this from happening. Tony’s unprofessionalism and unwillingness to right this situation needs to be addressed and I will be escalating this situation to Picerne’s southeast regional office.
