  My partner and I had to relocate for work recently and didn't have much time to find a place. We picked Oasis at Moss Park because its close to the 417 which I take to work. We were surprised how beautiful it is in person. We really appreciated the help on our move in day with some last minute requests.

  I just got my car towed as a resident less than 48 hours since the new permit policy has been enforced. I will be meeting with the Oasis team in person very soon.

  We've been living here for over a year. My wife and I just renewed. We love the location and how close it is to everything. Maintenance guys are great and the leasing manager really helped us out with our resigning of our lease.

  The apartment staff at this complex is severely unresponsive and unreachable! There have been times where I would try to reach the office several times throughout the day or week, and would never get a response even through the after-hours emergency line! I would leave voicemails and still never hear back from anyone. ELEVATOR - The Elevator was not working for SEVERAL weeks! This caused such an inconvenience for all residents! Especially those older, handicapped or trying to move out or in!! As I was moving out, we had to rely on stairs which added so much extra time and effort to the moving process. I would call for an update and not from anyone for days!. I was then told a part was needed which kept getting delayed but the story kept changing. PARKING - The parking situation is horrible, If you come back during the night there would literally be no parking spots, go visitor spots or any spots open by the clubhouse. This would force you to just sit in your car and wait for someone to leave. GATE - The gate barely ever functioned properly, it was one of the reasons I chose this complex over others due to the added sense of security but the staff would just say it never worked due to a lightning storm months before. TRASH - The waste management is not consistent, there have been times where the trash would not be picked up and then there would be 3+ bags outside. The complex has a max of 2 bag limit for the staff to pickup. This would be an issue since if they failed to pickup the bags the day prior, they would still only pickup the 2 bags even though you would have more because of the misses in pickup. This complex has a RACCOON problem! With the trash not being picked up not all of it would then fit in the bins so raccoon would come and tear up bags and trash would be everywhere that you have to pickup yourself. GYM - the gym had a treadmill that would not function properly when trying to decrease/increase speed. I informed the staff of this in person but in all my time there of a year it never got corrected! The benches are severely warn out and are a nuisance to incline One thing to consider when reviewing this apartment as your future home is that it always put out incentives for residents to leave positive reviews on Google. So a majority of if not all the positive reviews here are from residents trying to get a lower rent or some sort of prize.
