  You couldn’t pay me to live here. I come to this apartment complex frequently to visit my friend who lives in building 2. Every time I come here there is a problem with parking. The complex has a very limited number of “visitor” parking spots where visitors are required to park. However, every time I come here in the evening, all the visitor spots are taken, presumably by people who live here and don’t have a parking pass. This wouldn’t be a problem if the complex didn’t voraciously enforce their parking policy, which is to tow any cars parked in non-visitor spots without a parking pass. If you live here and want to have visitors, you’re out of luck. Your visitors won’t be able to find a visitor parking spot, at which point they’ll park in a regular spot and be towed by the horrible company called Airport towing. Then they’ll go to pick up their car and be told they have to wait until the next day at 10:00 AM, if they can even find which tow yard their car was taken to. If your guest happens to be a minority, good luck. When my car was towed, I overheard the employees at airport towing using racial slurs against their Hispanic customers, and complaining about how they have to deal with people who speak Spanish. I was told my by friends who live here that the parking situation has been an issue for years, and management refuses to do anything about it. Because of countless complaints, they are aware of how bad the airport towing company is, but they continue to contract them for towing. They could make more visitor spots, provide special visitor passes, or simply stop towing visitor cars in regular spots, but despite requests, they do nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if management has some under-the-table deal with the towing company to bring in extra cash whenever they want by towing any poor visitors who happen to be at the complex.

  My partner and I had to relocate for work recently and didn't have much time to find a place. We picked Oasis at Moss Park because its close to the 417 which I take to work. We were surprised how beautiful it is in person. We really appreciated the help on our move in day with some last minute requests.
