We have lived at the Oasis since February. To no fault of the complex, we have had multiple services done within the apartment. Each time we have had Anthony and he is spectacular! He is very nice and attentive when he services our unit. Overall, the complex is a great place to live. We have the nicest neighbors, it’s super quiet and extremely pet friendly which is perfect for us. Great living space!

Very quiet apartment complex to live in and super dog friendly. The dog park is one of my favorite perks! Also just great staff in general Anthony with maintenance has always been so friendly and very quick to help with any needs. I couldn’t recommend it enough to move here!

Since we moved in a few months back everything has been great. Any minor issues we're taken care of immediately and we love the area. I can hop on the expressway directly without having to deal with local traffic. The schools are outstanding, our son is in elementary school and is adjusting well. Thanks to the team here for making our cross country relocation easier than we thought.

I’ve lived at The Oasis at Moss Park for seven years in Building 7, so I feel like I’ve earned the right to give an honest review. Living near 417 means you’ll hear the Daytona 500 happening every night. The traffic noise can be loud, especially from the evening into the early morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, a loud fan is your friend. That’s simply part of living in this location and not something the community can control, but very convenient to the airport, Universal, Disney and dining around the Lake Nona area, away from the heavy traffic on Narcoossee. There are also the occasional everyday apartment-life quirks. Trash pickup isn’t always perfect, especially when a clever raccoon decides to investigate the bags. 🦝 I’ve had a pickup missed before, although it was a rare occurrence. There have been occasional issues with residents smoking where they shouldn’t or a dog having an unfortunate elevator accident, but those are ultimately resident-related issues, not a reflection of the staff. What really stands out to me after seven years is the maintenance and cleaning teams. They work incredibly hard and are constantly out there keeping the community looking good. Whenever my AC has gone down, which has happened about once a year, maintenance has been extremely quick to respond and get it back up and running. They’re also proactive about enforcing the community’s smoking policies, which I appreciate. One thing I do think could genuinely improve safety is adding speed bumps near the stop signs inside the gates. Too many drivers seem to treat those stop signs as optional, which creates unnecessary close calls for residents entering, exiting, or turning. But here’s the bottom line: The people are the reason I stayed for seven years. The staff and management team have been some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They’re friendly, responsive, approachable, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Whenever I’ve needed something, I’ve felt like there was someone willing to help. So yes, there are quirks. There’s traffic noise, raccoons with criminal-level intelligence, occasional resident behavior, But none of that outweighs the biggest positive: the people who work here care about this community. That’s why The Oasis at Moss Park is a solid 5 stars from me. Thank you to the entire Oasis team. You guys are the reason I’ve been proud to call this place home for seven years. Would I live here again? Absolutely. And if you want an honest review from someone who has actually lived here, this is it. 😎

The visitor’s parking situation is terrible. There are some labeled “VISITOR” spots- but with all of them AND the office spots constantly full, there is really no where to park when just here in the interim. It would be really nice if we could submit tag # or something if visitor parking is full to assist this ongoing problem. My friend and I were here for only 2 hours, in the evening, and were leaving before midnight, and we both got towed with no direct # to find out where our cars were taken. We tried calling multiple times to the numbers listed, and ultimately had to have the police department involved just to get clarity on where our cars were towed to. No after-hours contact for a representative from the complex itself. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and refusal to create a solution- the friend I was visiting noted to me she has called the leasing office multiple times to ask for advice for what to do if guests cannot find any available visitor parking to try and do right by their policies, and has never received any sort of answer or solution. Please consider how this reflects on your complex as a whole in the future.
