  Had an emergency with my A/C going out in the midst of Florida heat. Luckily, Patrick came ASAP and promptly fixed the problem. He was extremely helpful and saved us from the heat. Thank you so much Patrick the help is much appreciated!

  I’ve been here a little over a year and I can honestly say I love it. Units are clean and energy efficient, the staff is so nice and it shows they work tirelessly to make your apt feel like home. Most recently, Patrick the maintenance supervisor responded to an after hours call within minutes and fixed my ac, he is always prompt and professional and is much appreciated. Thanks to the Oasis team for all you do.

  I've lived here for a few months now so I feel as though enough time has passed that I can give my up most honest review. Let me preface by saying take the negative reviews about this place with a grain of salt. You can't please everyone unfortunately. Now with that being said a lot of the negative reviews seem to circle around the same complaint, which pertains to noise. YES from time to time you will hear your fellow neighbors making noise but I think with a bit of common sense there is a understanding that THAT is what your signing up for when you're living in this kind of dynamic, this has absolutely nothing to do with the management. Most of all of Florida apartments are built with the same cheap paper thin materials. No matter wether you're here or 30 mins down the road you're going to keep bumping into the same issue. If you don't like being around humans my best advice to you is to go buy yourself a couple of acres of land and build yourself a home in the middle of it and you will resolve that issue. However, they do their due diligence and send friendly reminders to the residents to respect the premise and their fellow neighbors. The staff here is some of the best workers I've seen in a apartment living situation. Since I've been here the maintenance has been extremely helpful with things that need to get done around the property. Patrick has helped me out on numerous occasions with numerous tasks that I've needed assistance with, going above and beyond the tasks that are required of him. If at any time management has made any mistakes they have always found a resolution. They're not like other apartments that I have experienced, that will have you waiting around with a dunce cap and then turn around and make you feel like you're somehow the nuisance. With that being said Goldenrod does have an interesting crowd but they have cleaned it up BIG time. Reverting back to previous comments about break-in/theft, I haven't experienced any break-ins or theft, THANK GOD. On the contrary I've seen residents leaving packages for days outside their units before finally retrieving it. Anyways, to wrap it up I hope this was helpful and insightful. My husband and I love live it here, hands down 5 stars!

  I love living here the place is beautiful, nice and clean.I met the team Patrick and Edwin they are awesome people.They made me feel at home.
