  I’ve had a great experience here. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to others looking for a new home.

  If you don't have a smart phone you cannot tour this property or live here. The management made no effort to assist. Days of verifying identity by looking at someone in person with the government ID are long gone. I do not recommend. And they were 30 mins late to my tour that they let Ai schedule.

  Mold issues in AC's system. No true upkeep. Pest control is not great. They are just not trying.

  Garbage overflows frequently so trash blows around the complex, pool is always closed, a real "land lord special" with the sloppy way they paint and turn over apartments. They DO NOT replace simple things like soiled carpets, screens, etc. Response time to emails and communication is ok, but overall they are overcharging and underdelivering. Most concerning are mold issues in numerous units. We are only still here because it is a hassle to move. There are much better options at lower prices. Keep doing your research and never move in or sign anything without a full tour of the property and ideally the unit you'll be moving into. Goodluck :)

  I recently toured with Ashley 🫶🏽🫶🏽Hands down, 5 maybe even 6 stars. I would definitely recommend this property. And Ashley was amazingly helpful and pleasant! As stressful as relocating from down south is, she made this decision feel LIKE HOME. Thank you guys!
