Pros first - spacious apartments, in a pleasant neighborhood, has a pool, and is fairly close to Mills 50, College Park, Ivanhoe Village, Downtown Orlando, and Winter Park. Maintenance for my building - Keith - is responsive and helpful (seems overworked though). Way more cons, unfortunately. When we moved in in 2023, there were a lot of German roaches - in the dishwasher, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the closets. It took about two months of regular pest control on our part to get rid of them. (Apartment pest control at the time was a joke - came in, sprayed a few spots, and that was that.) The carpets were not replaced before we moved in and had barely been cleaned - we found a random earring in one of the corners of a bedroom and some loose screws on the floor in another one. There had been a leak at some point by the water heater and there was mold in that closet, so they just sprayed it with bleach. Didn't replace the carpet or anything. Grime along the edges of all the windows. Had no screen door for the porch and the security bar was broken. (Screen door has never been replaced because they just...don't do that anymore?) Posts were missing from the banister of our patio. Paint job was sloppy - flecks of paint on the fixtures and the light switches, and I found out later that they spray painted over an old roach bait trap on top of one of the cabinets. Also discovered after a couple of months that the toilet tanks were coated with mold inside and had to take care of that ourselves. Just overall a really half-ass job maintaining the property and ensuring everything is in order before turning an apartment over to a new tenant. Since we've lived here, we've had a lot of problems with maintenance and cleanliness. Every week, there is a mountain of trash by the dumpster. We once had sewage back up into our apartment through the toilets and the drain of our bathtub and were given the explanation of "this happens sometimes." Couldn't use our own toilets or our shower for more than 24 hours and had to clean up the mess inside ourselves, except for the fans they loaned us to dry out the floors and cabinets. For a while, our AC would frost over and drip everywhere until we figured out the right temps to keep it from doing that. (It finally quit and got replaced, fortunately.) As far as amenities go - the pool operating hours have been really inconsistent. For a while, it was only open when the office was open, even though everyone has a key card. (That changed this summer, which we were glad about.) Sometimes it would be closed with no warning or explanation until after someone complained. Gym hours have also been all over the place because they keep having problems with key card access. Gates to the property are the same way - kind of wish they would just get rid of them, because they don't do anything but cause an inconvenience. Finally, the management company leaves a lot to be desired. Someone else mentioned that rent fluctuates because water/sewer/trash are "included" but not at a flat rate. Rent and fees have gone up each year with no property or unit improvements. And like I said, they're not proactive about maintenance, just in general. Even predictable issues aren't addressed until it's an emergency or until someone complains. Really long story short - you can easily find a place that's kept up and kept clean for the same price somewhere else. We'll be moving as soon as we can afford to.

I am really happy with the team at Isle Apartments! The staff has been great and genuinely seems to care about the residents. Keith has always been great whenever I’ve needed maintenance and does a really thorough job. Will, the maintenance supervisor, is also wonderful and has always handled any concerns with patience and professionalism. Haley has been incredibly helpful and friendly anytime I’ve had questions, and she always makes you feel welcome. I also really like the new manager, Matt. You can tell he genuinely cares about the property and wants to make things better for the residents. It’s refreshing to have a team that is responsive, friendly, and actually seems to care about the community. Really glad to have a team like this at Isle Apartments! ⭐️

I visited The Isle recently while trying to find a home for my daughter that just relocated from Georgia. The team's customer service stood out to me the most. Haley helped us and ensured all of our questions were answered. The home itself was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for a new place to call home.

I don’t recommend moving here. When I moved in the condition of the carpet when I moved in was terrible, and was documented. After living here for a year(which every place replaces the carpet. They took my deposit for stained carpet they gave me, and on top of that day I owe them after taking my whole deposit. So as I proceed to ask the cornice number. Their answer was we don’t have a corporate office. Really ??? Who doesn’t have some type of corporate office??? I don’t advise anyone to move here they are a rip off!!!

I love the isle apartments, this is my 3 time living here. I love Haley and the maintenance team I love the area and the peace in this complex. Don't get me wrong no apartment complex is perfect but they do their best and it shows at least for me it do. Hands down the best place I've ever lived in Orlando the only way I will leave if God blessed me with the house. You Matter 💕
