  Not only do I love this community and what it has to offer but also Tiffany Heiselman who is my go to out there and always keeps me up-to-date and well informed about everything going on in the community and is there to help whenever I need her.

  I was truly impressed with The Grow. It offers a refreshing concept that’s different from the typical new-home community. The beautiful farmhouse-inspired homes, scenic walking trails, open green spaces, and working farm create a unique lifestyle that feels peaceful, healthy, and connected to nature. The community is designed around wellness and bringing neighbors together, while still being conveniently located near Orlando and everyday amenities. If you’re looking for a new construction community with character, fresh ideas, and a focus on outdoor living, The Grow is definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait to see this neighborhood continue to develop and thrive!

  This is our 4th new construction home in 15 years in Orlando. So far, we are early in the process, it has been the best experience of them all. Looking forward to moving in winter 2027. Love the concept of Agrihood. Green acres here we come!

  Reviewing based on the video rendering. Serenbe in Atlanta looks amazing but the rendering for the Grow looks just like another cookie cutter Orlando neighborhood where way too many trees get chopped down. I really hope they keep an old Florida charm and don’t plan on bulldozing a ton of trees like every other neighborhood in central Florida (minus Windermere and other older towns who got it right)
