  Reviewing based on the video rendering. Serenbe in Atlanta looks amazing but the rendering for the Grow looks just like another cookie cutter Orlando neighborhood where way too many trees get chopped down. I really hope they keep an old Florida charm and don’t plan on bulldozing a ton of trees like every other neighborhood in central Florida (minus Windermere and other older towns who got it right)

  Went by there. There's nothing. No signage no "Grow" designated property no main entrance no model homes, nothing.

  Se ve un proyecto muy interesante, es maravilloso poder sembrar algunos vegetales y tener gallinas que te den huevos cada día en un lugar cerca a todo......creo que será un éxito total! Espero que sus precios sean asequibles para poder comprar.

  What are the traffic plans? I live in East Orange County and traffic on rt. 50 is horrible! You’re adding almost 3,000 homes with no alternative to rt. 50. Are there any plans in this project to connect to the 408 directly without getting on rt. 50? If people are going to work at the research park of UCF what routes are they going to use besides rt. 50?
