I’ve really enjoyed living here! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions or address concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. I also love that they host fun community events throughout the year. This helps create a welcoming atmosphere and makes the community feel connected. The property is well-kept, and I always feel safe. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

As a 5 year residents at the The District Universal Boulevard, there is a huge problem with the fire alarms. Within 24 hours, we had 2 false fire alarms go off for more than 20 minutes. Once at 7:40 AM & another at 3:00 AM. This is a huge safety concern! No one knows if the alarms are truly a fire- this could lead to people ignoring alarms altogether. If there is a real incident this could lead to deaths! As someone who has lived here for years, this is not the first time this has happened. This continues to be an issue for years! No one has fixed this issue and it needs to be addressed immediately!

⭐☆☆☆☆ After living here for three years, I can confidently say this will be my last lease. I’m writing this review at 2:50 AM because the building’s fire alarm has gone off AGAIN. This is approximately the tenth time this has happened during my time here. At this point, it’s more than an inconvenience—it’s disruptive, exhausting, and raises concerns about whether these recurring alarms are ever being properly addressed. I’ve reached out to the leasing office after previous incidents to ask whether any rent credit or accommodation could be offered, given how frequently residents are being displaced in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the response has essentially been indifference. Maintenance has been equally disappointing. I’ve submitted the same work order at least three times for a foul odor coming from my AC unit, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. For the amount of rent this community charges, the overall condition of the property is unacceptable: * Trash is regularly left in the parking garages. * The entry gate is frequently left wide open, allowing anyone to drive in. * There are no security cameras in areas where they would be expected. * Recurring maintenance and building issues remain unresolved despite repeated requests. This property advertises itself as a luxury community, but the experience hasn’t matched the price. Residents deserve better communication, better maintenance, and better security. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three years of these recurring problems, I can’t recommend living here. If you’re considering moving here, I’d encourage you to weigh these issues carefully before signing a lease.

Unfortunately we will not be resigning the lease. The fire alarm is constantly going off. Currently it is 3:00am allot of us have work tomorrow however we can’t get any sleep. No updates or apologies on the alarms thru the months it’s been happening. The gate has been on and off since we’ve moved in but 80% of the time it’s broken. Hard to know what we are paying for.

I'm done. I'm over the fire alarms. Once or twice is okay, but I am so tired of being woken up night after night by the fire alarm that maintenance refuses to properly fix. It's 3am and I want to sleep, instead I'm writing this review.
