  The dogs in building A are out of control. The noise levels have been really bad recently and these dog owners in this building are irresponsible. Also just neighbors in general throwing miscellaneous trash in my trash bin then I have to pick them up. Y’all are disgusting.

  Ken always keeps all the buildings clean, he’s super friendly and makes sure things are up to company standards, you can tell by the way he’s so detailed in his work. very impressive

  Really great location, apartments, amenities, and friendly staff, but after living here over a year, in the last few months, inconsiderate neighbors unable to train their very loud dogs has interfered with enjoying time in my home. It’s daily, nightly, when I’m trying to sleep, trying to relax, watch TV, read. Unfortunately, The District really can’t do anything about this, but until these new dog owners learn to train their dogs, I wouldn’t recommend living here if you like sleeping at a decent hour, work from home, or are just a homebody in general. Again, this only started in the last few months. First year I’ve seen plenty of dogs around and had no problems, but now there’s lots of loud barking at inconvenient times.
