  I lived at Lake Shadow for four years in Apartment 1204 (an end unit), and overall, I had a good experience. The community served me well during that time, and I would recommend it to others I already have. One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re a very light sleeper like I am, the end units can be a little noisy. I could hear people going in and out of the gate, and up and down the stairs and there was noticeable noise from the apartment above. I only had one noise complaint during my time there, during my last year due to a DV situation but was resolved quickly due to the patrol cop being on top of it . so overall it wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning. The resident events and food trucks were a nice touch and helped make the community feel together. I think there could have been a few more events, but I appreciated the effort. I also want to recognize yoleski for always being helpful and professional. she has been amazing since day one. She is truly a gem and one of the biggest reasons my experience was so positive. Even with management changes and staff turnover over the years, she consistently provided great customer service. Since ZRS Management took over, I personally felt the community demographic changed. That’s not necessarily a bad thing it just no longer aligned with what I was looking for at this stage of my life, which is why I decided to move. Overall, I had a positive four-year experience. No apartment community is perfect, but Lake Shadow was a great home for me during that chapter of my life, and I’m thankful for the memories.

  From application to move in, the process was very smooth. Yoesky was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process with such ease.

  Yoeski the assistant property manager was super nice & very helpful to us. She took her time and explained the units available along with pricing. Told us to please call her if any other questions came up or needed any help with the application.

  I put in a maintenance request to inform my stove recently started overheating. The maintenance man check the knobs and told me they look and seem to be fine. We had gone back and forth for a few until I showed him a video of me cooking and the house super smoking from the stove cooking on LOW. It was then after I showed a video is when he decided to replace a part needed for the stove. Unreal.
