Went to get a tour but when we arrived, guy was arguing with leasing agent. Leasing agent was threating to call police on person. Ended up doing a self tour and place was very odd and off. Different from pictures online. Ended up leaving and not continuing.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Location is convenient but everything else is the worst. We had move in issues and had to talk to 3 separate people to get it resolved (an “issue” on their end not mines), roaches all over the kitchen (we did EVERYTHING to get rid of them and it didn’t work.) Our refrigerator didn’t work properly we had to personally go in the office to get it fixed (it took over a week). Half the street lights are out and even when I went into the office TWICE about it, it still hasn’t been fixed. They have valet trash that doesn’t pick up consistently so, if you leave ur trash out, by 9pm it’s all down the stairs because of the raccoons. Parking is a nightmare if you get off any time after 5. I can go on and on, do not rent here.

Menos mal y no me lo aprobaron porque se dieron ese lujo y lo fui a ver antes y afuera daba asco de sucio botellas d cerveza pisos asquerosos las áreas verdes con sucio basura y aparte todavía no me han devuelto el dinero que te piden para apartarlo todavía lo sigo esperando y esos aptos no sirven no se como no había visto los comentarios tan feos q hay en la página y aparte carisimossssssssssssss

Absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is completely incompetent, disorganized, and shows no respect for residents. The staff is rude, dismissive, and will leave you sitting in the office for hours while they ignore your concerns.
I even had a money order go missing, and instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, they acted like it wasn't their problem. Communication is nonexistent, and getting any kind of assistance is nearly impossible.
The living conditions are unacceptable. There is excessive humidity and mold growing throughout the apartments, creating a serious health concern. The plumbing is constantly clogged, maintenance requests are ignored, and many things simply do not work properly. It feels like residents are expected to live with problem after problem while management does nothing.
This place is poorly maintained, badly managed, and completely overpriced for the miserable experience it provides. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment and look elsewhere. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who recently leased an apartment at The Club at Millenia.
As a first-time renter, she was excited to move into her new apartment. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration. After signing the lease and receiving keys, she and her roommate discovered what appeared to be a significant roach infestation in the unit. The condition was serious enough that they did not feel comfortable moving into the apartment. Photos and videos of the infestation were taken, and even members of the onsite staff acknowledged the issue.
What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled since it was reported. Communication from regional management has been extremely slow, leaving my sister and her roommate in limbo while they wait for answers regarding a resolution. In the meantime, they have been left without stable housing and have incurred additional expenses while attempting to navigate a problem they did not create.
The attitude and responsiveness of the staff also changed significantly after the lease was signed. The customer service that existed during the leasing process seemed to disappear once a legitimate issue arose. Instead of receiving prompt assistance and clear communication, they have experienced delays, uncertainty, and a lack of urgency.
No resident should take possession of an apartment only to discover a major pest problem on move-in day. Even more concerning is the lack of timely communication and support afterward.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both apartment readiness standards and resident communication. Based on my sister’s experience, I would strongly encourage prospective residents to thoroughly inspect any unit before signing and taking possession.
