  I came for a tour a few weeks ago and met with Rosie. Aww, I love her. She was the best. I wish I could have chose this place but when my new lease is up im definitely coming back here.

  Tip : A company can remove one star reviews, but they cannot remove two star reviews. I have lived at this complex for 2 1/2 years. This will be my last year. In the beginning, it seems good, but after being here for a couple of months, I quickly noticed the roaches that have fixed appliances and constantly changing management. Roslyn is now the head manger she was just front desk when I moved in no help at all. She was put into the role after Mohammad left in June something else none of us residence were aware of. The lack of communication and the roaches have pushed me OUT. Do not move here. Go deeper into Millinea.

  I had such luck finding this place! With the help and care of Aura Neuman who did everything she could to be of assistance! I found a great apartment! She has such wonderful people skills and customer service! I would recommend this place to all! Thank you Aura!

  I am writing on behalf of my daughter. She moved in just over on year ago. Thankfully, she's moved out as of this past weekend. Her apartment was full of bugs. I can't say infested, because I personally think that that describes it about as badly as possible. i visited often enough and I saw bugs everywhere every time i was there. My entomologist friend stopped by and identified at least four different types of bugs. She started reporting it on day one and although maintenance would come in, they never actually did anything but say they inspected and it was OK. they were there for less than a minute. other disasters are the overrun trash area, the "reserved" parking scam to get you to pay more to park near your building (let alone your apartment) and of course the failure to notify scam that allows them to continue charging you rent without a lease or new agreement.
