  Trying to get an apartment for 72 year old, but they have denied due to poor credit score. This lady is an excellent renter, has rented her whole adult life. Her current apartment she has lived in for 13 years! Only moving because looking to downsize. Always pays rent, no criminal history, no evictions, good tenant, respectful. Surely you can consider things other than just credit score, because we all know there are people with good credit scores that are terrible renters. We went to your office and they suggested we write review here to see how we can get accepted. Thank you!

  I am the grandfather of Kelly Jones who worked so closely with Yolanda to get me set up in my new apartment. From the very day I moved in I was struck by the feeling of friendliness all around me. I met several residents that day and it didn't take long to realize I had quite a few new friends. We also worked with Eileen Anaya who also continues to help me with paperwork details. These girls are two of the best people I have seen in a managerial position in a long time. They do everything right. I don't want to forget Anthony and his maintenance team. I had an issue with my AC system and called to report it. Anthony showed up on Sunday to investigate and had the repair completed Monday morning. The beauty and attention to detail will draw you to Sandpiper Glen, the staff and the residents will make you want to stay. I highly recommend Sandpiper Glen to anyone looking for an independent over 62 lifestyle.

  Unfortunately, I have to relocate about an hour away ...fortunately, it is to be near family. I just want to say what a great experience I had living here at Sandpiper Glen for the past 16 months. My apartment is beautiful with granite countertops, and the large picture window in the living room that let's so much light in! The maintenance team is on top of any need that arises. Last but not least, Shaneeta, Eileen and team are professional and go above and beyond to make sure needs are met. I really appreciated my time here and felt very safe. Thanks to everyone!

  very nice building good people beautiful environment the office people are great loving and caring amd help out well but especially yolando shesh the best and wouldnt change her for nothing and the place is well organized and clean all around a great place and recommend it tomother people 5 star for sure..she really helped my grandparents out and shes a great asset to the company and building and also i appreciate her fully for the helpmshe provided to us on and off hourd and i appreciate you used your own time to help us out but shes a woman of god and god sent her to bless more people and families with that being said i really appreciate her and everything she did for me and my family and the help she provided to us for us to feel safe and wanted and appreciated so thanks alot for that but staff in office is wonderful.

  Yolanda N. worked with my family while trying to secure an apartment for my grandfather after his wife suddenly passed away. This was an incredibly delicate and emotional time for our family, and Yolanda truly went above and beyond. She used her background in social work to listen carefully, understand our situation, and help place him in the right apartment within his budget (while also considering factors like walking distance from parking/trash/apartment etc. - awesome!) She communicated with us outside of normal hours and used her own time to make sure everything was handled correctly. She was amazing at helping us navigate the paperwork, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Her emotional intelligence, care, and advocacy made all the difference, and we trusted her completely during a very vulnerable moment. Even though the office is clearly very busy, she made us feel seen and supported. Yolanda is an incredible asset to Sandpiper Glen, and because of her, I would confidently recommend this community to other families. Regarding one-star complaints: The office is VERY busy and the staff is stretched so thin. Showing up in person is the best way to get help.
