  If I could, I would give this property a one star rating. I would not move any family member into this property. The office staff does not care anything about these 62 and older seniors. Between the cockroaches, The silverfish, the lack of office support, the amount of residence dying in that building, and floors shake when you walk in the apartment. If you have a complaint, the office staff never, ever, ever answers the office phone. There have been several residents to move out of that building and continue to move out of that building. That Is a newly built property at the end of 2024. That property has raised the rent three times since it initially opened. That property is a government regulated building. How can they continue to increase the rent on these senior citizens on a fixed income?. Just now, if you move your family member into that building Without doing your homework or reading reviews, you definitely will be disappointed And locked into a lease. If you do not believe anything that is written here, just go over to the property and speak to any of the Residence.

  Trying to get an apartment for 72 year old, but they have denied due to poor credit score. This lady is an excellent renter, has rented her whole adult life. Her current apartment she has lived in for 13 years! Only moving because looking to downsize. Always pays rent, no criminal history, no evictions, good tenant, respectful. Surely you can consider things other than just credit score, because we all know there are people with good credit scores that are terrible renters. We went to your office and they suggested we write review here to see how we can get accepted. Thank you!

  I am the grandfather of Kelly Jones who worked so closely with Yolanda to get me set up in my new apartment. From the very day I moved in I was struck by the feeling of friendliness all around me. I met several residents that day and it didn't take long to realize I had quite a few new friends. We also worked with Eileen Anaya who also continues to help me with paperwork details. These girls are two of the best people I have seen in a managerial position in a long time. They do everything right. I don't want to forget Anthony and his maintenance team. I had an issue with my AC system and called to report it. Anthony showed up on Sunday to investigate and had the repair completed Monday morning. The beauty and attention to detail will draw you to Sandpiper Glen, the staff and the residents will make you want to stay. I highly recommend Sandpiper Glen to anyone looking for an independent over 62 lifestyle.

  Unfortunately, I have to relocate about an hour away ...fortunately, it is to be near family. I just want to say what a great experience I had living here at Sandpiper Glen for the past 16 months. My apartment is beautiful with granite countertops, and the large picture window in the living room that let's so much light in! The maintenance team is on top of any need that arises. Last but not least, Shaneeta, Eileen and team are professional and go above and beyond to make sure needs are met. I really appreciated my time here and felt very safe. Thanks to everyone!
