  Though moving in there was some considerable issues, the maintenance has been on it every time a service request is placed. Joe, Steve, and their leadership will move quickly to resolve a situation when it is addressed.

  Myrna and Francisco were incredible in all steps of the rent process, they answered all questions and based on my family request, they offered me a fantastic apartment that was exactly what we wanted. I’m impressed how the staff is prepared and willing to heard and support us in this so important moment that is choosing a place to call home, and they understand that and it what make us sign the contract and be now part of Rosemont Windermere.

  My time spent here was okay. Alot of unwanted wildlife due but thats expected with alot of greenery. some crazy neighbors who you would have to call the police on in the middle of the night. Apartments definitely show their age. What made my whole time there great was the maintenance crew specifically Steven. Steven created a feeling a belonging and made sure any and all issues you would have were taken care of. Never in any apartment complex i have lived in has any member of the team made sure to greet and talk to you everyday like a normal person but steven made sure too everyday. He is the greatest asset they have on their team.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience with the apartment complex towing situation. My car was towed without proper warning or clear signage, leaving me scrambling to figure out where it even went. There was no attempt to contact me, no courtesy notice—just gone. When I finally tracked it down, I was hit with outrageous fees just to get my own vehicle back. This feels less like enforcement and more like a predatory setup between the apartment complex and the towing company. Residents and guests should not have to worry about their cars disappearing overnight due to vague or poorly communicated rules. Management seriously needs to address this. Clear communication, fair warning, and basic respect for residents should be the standard—not this kind of treatment.
