  I have been leaving here for two years, the experience overall has been pleasant. Leasing office staff friendly and maintenance it is pretty quick Steven from Maintenance one of the best maintenance guys very efficient.

  Steven was one of the best maintenance guys in the neighborhood, he always made me feel safe and protected in the neighborhood, he'd come and fix whatever issues I was having, always on stand by. Great guy to have in the community! He's so humble and such a hard worker, every time I seen him he's working, early in the morning or late past the evening. Really going to miss him, he definitely made a difference in the community!

  Rosemont is a decent apartment. It’s best quality is the schools that you are zoned for. Staff is nice, they usually say hello when in passing. Steven from maintenance is great, he is super positive and makes sure everyone around him is taken care of. The buildings are old, certainly not luxury but for apartments they are alright. Lots of trees and nature which is wonderful. They also allow you to decorate a bit which is refreshing.

  New resident: Cannot begin to express my pleasure with the professional, courteous, helpful & friendly demeanor/attitude of mgt. & staff. Ms. Myrna went above & beyond in helping with the application process as did Mr. Franky in the office. Had couple of minor issues (wasp nest on outside of patio & leaking garbage disposal) which was brought to their attention and taken care of PROMPTLY! I found Mr. Steve (tech supervisor who came to replace garbage disposal), a very personable, friendly & capable individual who took GREAT pride in making sure the job was completed efficiently & promptly and assured that if there were any issues/problems with anything in the future to contact him without hesitation & he would personally see to resolving the issues. Thank you Steve! (Side note: to show my gratitude & appreciation for job well done, I attempted to tip him $10...which he REFUSED to take!) Feel confident that moving to Rosemont Windermere was the right decision!

  Moving from California to Florida was a big step, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Myrna was absolutely amazing throughout the entire apartment application process. She helped us complete everything online, and her guidance and support made applying from another state so much easier. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and always willing to answer every question. When I finally arrived at Rosemont Windermere, I immediately felt welcomed. The entire team has been incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of, and they’ve been quick to help with any questions or needs I’ve had. I’m so happy to be living here and genuinely grateful for such a positive experience. I highly recommend Rosemont Windermere and especially Myrna. They are truly a 10/10!
