  Management genuinely don’t care about the property nor the residents. Maintenance gives you the landlord special regardless of the situation. Genuinely one of the worst experiences living in a complex. Infested with roaches. Gym equipment doesn’t get maintenance, fees get added to your rent monthly without notice and then when you want to address concerns with management they tell you you need to schedule an appointment to speak with them. Choose another place!!! Promise it not worth it.

  I cant say enough about how great the staff is here. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with paperwork, move-in, and any maintenance requests. My family and I are lucky to have found this property.

  Amazing complex! I've been living here for two years with zero issues. I want to highlight the outstanding work of the manager and staff—always professional, attentive, and dedicated. It brings total peace of mind living in such a well-run place. Highly recommended!

  As there quote says exceptional service and care. Always very attentive to residents and the appearance of the property feels like home and very professional. Both very great from office staff to maintenance team.

  ⭐ 1/5 Pésima experiencia. Vivíamos en un apartamento INFESTADO de cucarachas y, después de insistir muchísimo para que nos cambiaran de unidad, nos entregaron OTRO apartamento con cucarachas. Lo peor es que la administración sabía que había insectos antes de entregarnos las llaves. Tenemos videos, fotos y mensajes que respaldan todo lo ocurrido. Incluso hemos tenido que gastar nuestro propio dinero y fumigar nosotros mismos ante la falta de una solución efectiva. Es completamente inaceptable pagar por una vivienda y recibirla en estas condiciones. Cero responsabilidad y pésimo manejo de un problema sanitario tan serio.
