  I’ve had a mixed experience living here for over a year. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests, which is definitely a positive. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that take away from the overall experience. The front gate has never worked properly since I moved in, which makes you wonder why it’s even there. Roach issues have also been a concern, and residents are expected to keep their outdoor trash cans inside, which is not ideal. Parking is another major frustration, as there never seems to be enough spaces available. On top of that, the complex issues temporary parking stickers that residents are expected to return or risk being charged for them, which seems unreasonable for something that is essentially disposable. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was also disappointing. It was not properly cleaned, and there were several examples of what I would describe as a landlord special, including dirt painted over and poorly patched holes. The community events could also use improvement. They are often announced at the last minute and scheduled at inconvenient times, making it difficult for residents to participate. Overall, the office staff is a bright spot, and their responsiveness is appreciated. However, the ongoing maintenance, pest control, parking, and property condition issues need to be addressed. There is potential here, but after more than a year of living here, I would like to see more consistent improvements to the property itself.

  Management genuinely don’t care about the property nor the residents. Maintenance gives you the landlord special regardless of the situation. Genuinely one of the worst experiences living in a complex. Infested with roaches. Gym equipment doesn’t get maintenance, fees get added to your rent monthly without notice and then when you want to address concerns with management they tell you you need to schedule an appointment to speak with them. Choose another place!!! Promise it not worth it.

  ⭐ 1/5 Pésima experiencia. Vivíamos en un apartamento INFESTADO de cucarachas y, después de insistir muchísimo para que nos cambiaran de unidad, nos entregaron OTRO apartamento con cucarachas. Lo peor es que la administración sabía que había insectos antes de entregarnos las llaves. Tenemos videos, fotos y mensajes que respaldan todo lo ocurrido. Incluso hemos tenido que gastar nuestro propio dinero y fumigar nosotros mismos ante la falta de una solución efectiva. Es completamente inaceptable pagar por una vivienda y recibirla en estas condiciones. Cero responsabilidad y pésimo manejo de un problema sanitario tan serio.
