  Juan has been the best help from the very start. I recently moved in and he made the process smooth and transparent. Any inquiry, any request or any issue he quickly resolves. Tiffany in the leasing office is also great. She is so welcoming and very helpful. The community is quiet the most you hear is kids playing around outside (as they should they’re children) and everyone is respectful of each other.

  Absolutely awful place! There is so much crime that goes on here it’s unreal me and other residence have experienced car burglaries when I brought this to them they mentioned they would implement vague security measures that never came to fruition charged a late fee for a payment that I already made clearly a glitch on the system but they didn’t believe me my toilet got clogged and when I told them to fix it they had the audacity to tell me to grab a plunger and do it myself like are you fr? I’m not fixing your property! The smoke detectors are so sensitive they will go off when you turn on the oven don’t expect to cook anything here! I hope to God you never have to be in this situation!

  Of all the places I’ve lived in Orlando, this is the worst. It is infested with cockroaches, and the office staff is terrible. They are not pet-friendly and do not support the community at all . Read the CONTRACT before signing—I highly recommend it—because you end up paying more than expected; they overcharge you, and there is no turning back. Also, be careful with your apartment: even though the door was locked, the maintenance staff entered and took some insignificant items—but the malicious intent is clearly.

  New Year,new management company and a great start. Met the new manager Ron Rivera while he was touring the property. He is extremely pleasant, patient,courteous and helpful. A special shout out to the ladies in the front office Tiffany Ramos and Darianisse Rivera (hope I got the spelling correct)for helping me with navigating through the portal. And I cannot forget Kimberly Cortes, who is helping the transition from the old company to the new go smoothly. 4 stars for now, its still early, got to give them a chance to impress even more
